Enjoyed fantastic service and excellent food. Met a few friends here to conduct business and was advised the cook makes the best bacon she has ever tasted! No doubt, I met the cook and had to try his famous bacon and it was by far the best I've ever had! Indeed.So good I ordered more to take home. Good friends, good service, coffee, soft drinks and awesome service!

My complaint is against the waitress PAT.. poorest customer service we have ever ran across... My wife has breast cancer, going through chemotherapy and radiation, to much food makes her sick... every restaurant we've been through allows my wife to order a kids meal, we've been to this same waffle house before and they allowed my wife to order a kids meal. Patricia Underwood exact words to my wife when she tried to order a kids meal was "ummm ..no... Kids meals are only for kids and seniors". She wasn't allowed a kids meal, so she ordered something else...we ate..left no tip..expressed our thoughts about the matter and left.. I've never left a no tip to any waiter or waitress but this time I did!. If "Pat" is there next time we go there we will walk right back out

Got my food pretty quick but they put my food down in front of my 5 year old had to wait 20 mins for her to get her 1 waffle my food was cold by time she got hers I’m not eating in front of a hungry child wattress never spoke to me about anything ended up having to pay for food I didn’t even eat all around terrible service was my favorite place to eat not anymore

Good service and fun to sit in the open layout and watch how the servers and kitchen interact: a ferocious but coordinated ballet. Alas, the food itself was marginal but then again I got what I paid for: prices are extremely reasonable.

We came in for breakfast on Monday morning (New Year Day). It was pretty crowded which we expected but Scott took our names and assured us we would be seated as soon as possible. He was taking names as well as helping clean tables.When we were seated Molly was our server. She took our order quickly and returned with our food as soon as it was ready. Everything was cooked perfectly. I especially loved watching the employees all work together! We will be back.
