Every time I visit Arden’s Garden, it’s a great experience! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the smoothies are always the freshest I’ve ever had. You can really taste the quality in every sip. Plus, I love that they sometimes offer samples—it’s a small touch that makes the visit feel even more special. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a healthy pick-me-up!
I was at the East Point location which is small but they got my order done pretty quick. I had a cherry, papaya & peach w/apple base and my husband had the kale slam. They tasted just ok like the fruit may have been freezer burned. I would try them again though because I was served so fast with about 4 orders ahead of mine.
The store clerks seem a bit skittish sometimes. The Kale salad has good nutrients however I think they should massage the kale first because it can be a bit tough. I do enjoy it on day 2 once the hummus and other nutritious toppings have softened the kale.
