Poor customer service and they don’t follow through as said on the phone, I’m very disappointed and will not be renewing my membership! I’ve waited over 2 weeks for my refund and I called again today to find out it was never completed and therefore rejected. So as a customer service I get to wait once again and pray that this agent knows what he’s doing.

Made an appointment to have a tire changed Sunday, 2/21/21. Arrived Monday, 2/22/21 for my appointment. Purchased the tire. Although the computer system indicated there were four tires in the system, none could be located. It was finally discovered the tires were ordered for someone else. After sitting there for a hour, taking time time off work and paying for the tire, I was told I would be refunded and that I could purchase a more expensive tire. No customer service solution or compensation was offered for the time wasted and time taken off from work. seems to me there is a need for an updated computer system and enhanced customer service.
