Blendz Friendz needs better closing practices for patrons waiting in their East Point Line. 5 of us waited 25 mins to be told by a rude male employee, "We wouldn't expect service at a restaurant, if they closed in 25 mins?" I said, as he closed the door in my face, "This is a to go business and our time is valuable, too. Not a best practice and lost this customer without any concern to do better. A very disappointing experience attempting to support a black owned business.

I’m a regular customer to establishment up to four times a week between me and my friends we order Uber app as well as come in person on this day. My wife came in unfortunately as she exited the door the bottom of the bag burst open and she was told that she already exited Your door so there’s nothing y’all would do about it. I’m highly disappointed all the customer service she receive.

People usually get my bowls for me but i decided to finally go in myself and everything was smooth and easy until i got home and seen my bowl. Granted i should have checked before leaving but common sense should have told them making the bowl the way they did was SO WRONG! I got home and seen a load of peanut butter mushed to the top of my plastic cap and all the fruit stuck to it meaning i had to scrap it all off and i barely had any granola at all. These were disappointing minor issues but overall the bowl was still good. Next time i will just make sure to give direction on how i want it made.

This was the perfect açaí bowl. I got strawberries + mango with chia seeds, granola and coconut flakes with cookie butter on top. The line was longggg I ordered for pick up using uber eats and they kept it in the freezer which I appreciated. I recommend ordering in advance

had an issue with this company that I have been supporting since day one told over 100 people about this business black owned business so happen I used a receipt from someone that I brought there twice the owner told me that I was making the employees feel uncomfortable I didn't know it was an issue of using a receipt from someone you brought there to get points when I don't mind paying because if you do the math 20 or $30 a day times 7 that's a lot of money spent on a company in a month plus driving 20 min to get there ⛽️ I don't get any Commission for going out of my way and taking my time out to support a business when I done advertise it on all of my social media platform but when you say that I make the employee feel uncomfortable hell it makes me feel uncomfortable for telling over 100 people to support a business I have my own company to do I also work for myself Plus when the owner said that the young fellow was just doing his job that was my second time getting a receipt from somebody that I know when I didn't know that was a rule at the store and didn't nobody addressed that to the customers so for him to not accept a receipt that someone said that I can have that I know and we came together that was unacceptable and I felt very uncomfortable because it shouldn't make a difference especially when you spending your hard working money on expensive food and it made me feel very uncomfortable saying that I made employees feel uncomfortable in front of other customers and they looking at me like I'm the bad guy if it was a problem I should have been pulled to the side not being embarrassed in front of other customers I love there smoothie but other then that that's the only issue I've had I hate when people especially black people when you been supporting them trying to embarrassed you in front of other customers not cool it broke my heart 💔 because I love this place and told lot of people about it I can't get that time back 💔 😔 😕
Bowls are absolutely delicious. I get mad if someone comes in with one and doesn't call and ask if I want one too. I'm in LOVE....

UPDATE 12/10 I was so excited to dig into my bowl until I went to take a scoop with banana in it, and they was mushy and grossly brown but the outside looked fine. It's not something that could've been seen when the bowl was picked up (photo with ganola was from today 12/10). NO GOOD!! I am changing my ALL 5 Stars to 3. ****** Great experience on my first visit. Customer service was good, and they answered my questions with ease. I've had one of their bowls once before, which was good both times. I will return.

The bowls are truly remarkable, Acaí Cookie Butter Swirl is amazing. However, the establishment tends to become quite crowded and overwhelming. Unfortunately, not everyone displays courtesy, advisable to just order and wait outside to stay out the congestion.

Come from Marietta 3-4 times a week to Patronize never had a complaint I paid $22 for a bowl it's melted barely any cookie butter I asked could I get a scoop on the side she declined I asked to put more on she declined I asked for refund she declined I'm hard earned money and time is not appreciated at this business I won't be back I also recommend this business to so many people I will definitely share my experience on how I no longer recommend
