I'm with Doordash and whoever y'all got working the drive thru today needs to be removed. They were very rude and so unprofessional. The lady told me I had to come inside to pick up, which I have never done, to pick up a lunch order. After I told her I've never had to do that she proceeds to tell me that she didn't care what I did and it would be a 20 min wait regardless. If you aren't serving lunch yet, why do you allow customers to place the order?

this is the best chic fil a i've been to! the people are so kind, multiple workers said hello to me and asked how everything was. they let me hang out a little after the lobby closed because i was waiting for my friends delayed flight at the atl airport which i appreciated as a young woman alone in atlanta. i give it a 100/10!

You gotta really piss me off for me to make a review. I ordered a spicy sandwich and they put it in the spicy bag and gave me a regular. I HATE the taste of the regualr filets so i don’t order them. Then my brownies were crumbled up, and there wasn’t any sauces in the bag, on top of them taking 50 mins to make my DoorDash order.

To get in the door you have to walk across where the drivers are piled up giving orders. Inside, there were two employees sitting by themselves on their lunch break but they were sitting at separate tables. They could have sat together and left a table open for customers.
