The employees were not the typically respectful, helpful and kind chickflia employees I usually encounter. I have been to many chickflias in and out of state and this one has been the first negative experience I've had.

All of my order was not in the bag. I had to go back in the line to get what was left out or go inside. They made the mistake and should've brought it out to me, immediately. In court we call it, no remorse.

Chick-fil-A notorious for a consistent experience across the board except at this location which is run like every other business in this neighborhood, unapologetically terrible.
The proprietor of this location seems to not care about the employees or the customers and has set both up for conflict. Expected better, that's on me.

I’ve always had great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this location on Cleveland Ave was very disappointing. The staff looked upset and had an attitude, no warm welcome, no “my pleasure,” which is what Chick-fil-A is known for. I only ordered a cone and water, but the ice cream was just a small spoonful and the cone was stale. This is not the level of service or quality I’ve come to expect. I hope this location can do better.

Stopped by for breakfast, store was open but the sign and drive through menu was off. No one came to take my order or tell me they would be with me. So I thought it was broken. I pulled up behind the other cars and when it was my turn. I was greeted with rolled eyes and no words. The cashier just stared at me like I was stupid. When I tried to explain she rolled her eyes and closed the window on me. EXTREMELY RUDE. The worst customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Just because it is on Cleveland Ave, should not mean subpar service.

I don’t come to this location often but every time I do the service is not great and today I asked for black coffee that was weak , I could see through the coffee. I’m a small business owner in the area and I do my best to give all businesses the benefit. This is the only Chick-fil-A that I have more than one not so good experience.

Go visit this chick fil a and you’ll see why I gave it two stars. They need a little visit from corporate.

Do yourself a favor and take the 5 minute drive to the Hapeville Dwarf House. This is the worst CFA location in the Atlanta/Metro Atlanta area. It’s either they miss an item on your order, they make the order incorrect, or they don’t fully cook the food.

Food as good as usual/expected form Chick-fil-A, they were out of side salads, and the place was a little dirtier than expected from Chick-fil-A, not super dirty, just not as clean as I expect from Chick-fil-A, and some of the booths are torn.

This location is toxic to their employees and does not care about giving you a quality made sandwich, they need a master class on customer service. The management means well but obviously something is off with continuously receiving burnt hard old sandwiches. I called to make things right but they not answering the phone. I get it, probably busy but guess I’ll have to drive all the way back over there to switch out this poorly made sandwich
