Workers had a lot of attitude and were not nice. And we’re kicking us out right on the dot. Didn’t even let us finish our food. Insane. Never thought Chick-fil-A would do such a thing. Workers were super rude and rolling eyes. Bad customer service.

So the Hood Chick fil A made me angry! I asked for an extra sauce, and bring the Good of course they wanted extra money. Here's the problem, the young kid never asked did I want sauces, he had no menus available as he took my order at my car. So I had to ask for sauces, and my receipt, he didn't even want to give me a paper receipt at the window. I was like I need it for a 1099 tax. I can go on and on about the bad experience I received today. Have a good weekend

Manager on shift 3/28/25 very rude and wonders why her shift is always chaotic. they forgot my add ons the previous day and acted weird when i came in and ordered my meal. I decided to cancel my order and just get a refund on the things they missed.Also saw a roach on the counter infront of the fry machine which made me cancel my order. Please be careful eating at this location.

The girls service was good. She was sweet. But since when do all sauces cost more? You have to pay extra for sauce for any meal, fries, etc. Not even 1 comes with it. And the smell was awful inside and outside. It was not clean. Even after receiving my food I almost didn't eat it. Not sure I'll ever frequent this location again.

I went to the drive thru to the Chickfila on Cleveland Avenue in Georgia. The store is supposed to open at 6, but they didn't start taking orders until 6:10, then I sat and waiting for my order until 6:25 which then made me very late for work. I also had to pay 27 cents because I got a large water instead of a medium. I have been to so many Chickfilas across the nation and never had to pay an up charge for a large water, it would have nice to know. Also, I called the store after seeing employees standing around, three times and no one picked up. Such a disservice. I have continuously gone to this Chickfila in hopes a better experience each time, but they do not provide this. Service is slow, they always forget something in my order, and they have told me three different times I couldn't get a lemonade frosty with strawberry syrup. Chickfila corporate needs to reach out to this location and improve it. This community deserves so much better than what they get. I will no longer be wasting my money and time here.

The cashier told me that they no longer have pickles as an option to add to breakfast sandwiches and that pickles are only for lunch/dinner. She said, yes, it's a new change. I asked very very nicely and she somewhat reluctantly went to the kitchen and asked for a side of pickles in a cup for me to add to my chicken biscuit myself. Funny thing though - it's still in the app for this location as an option to add directly to a breakfast sandwich. She rang it up on the counter POS with +pickles directly under the chicken biscuit. Weird. And then looked quite annoyed when I asked for a tray as she handed me a paper bag with my breakfast. (Well, she didn't ask me if I wanted to dine in or carry it out. How is it my fault that she guessed wrong?) This type of attitude used to be unheard of Chickfila. Now, it's getting more and more commonplace. Truett would be appalled and ashamed at what his creation has become.
