Go visit this chick fil a and you’ll see why I gave it two stars. They need a little visit from corporate.

Do yourself a favor and take the 5 minute drive to the Hapeville Dwarf House. This is the worst CFA location in the Atlanta/Metro Atlanta area. It’s either they miss an item on your order, they make the order incorrect, or they don’t fully cook the food.

Food as good as usual/expected form Chick-fil-A, they were out of side salads, and the place was a little dirtier than expected from Chick-fil-A, not super dirty, just not as clean as I expect from Chick-fil-A, and some of the booths are torn.

This location is toxic to their employees and does not care about giving you a quality made sandwich, they need a master class on customer service. The management means well but obviously something is off with continuously receiving burnt hard old sandwiches. I called to make things right but they not answering the phone. I get it, probably busy but guess I’ll have to drive all the way back over there to switch out this poorly made sandwich

I placed an order using the mobile app. 2 chick fil a meals with sprite and a kids meal. By the time I got home my son tasted his drink and realized it was soda water . We returned to the store and I gave an associate both drinks back and asked if he could replace it with just one milkshake. I waited for a while before the manager Trinity came over and began making the milkshake she told me that it would be in a kids size cup, I told her it was ok just process me a refund please. She walked away and began doing other tasks. Another lady was in sight and she advised me she was the team lead. I explained to her that I’ve been here for a while and I’m waiting on a refund. She went back over to Trinity and told her what was going on & came back and said she needed the method of payment I paid with. I went back out to my car and grabbed my purse and waited longer for someone to assist me again. Needless to say she snatched my phone & still did not process me a refund. I’ve also attempted to contact this store several times with no answer and I am honestly afraid to return due to the hostility from the manager

I ended up leaving and spending my money elsewhere because why when I pulled into the drive thru behind the other cars, I hadn't reached the ordering screen yet and a young lady approached my car (I assumed to take my order) and she informed me that I would have to circle the building to place my order with her. She said I couldn't make the order where I was, and I couldn't make my order at the menu screen up ahead but would have to circle the building to go back around and order with her. Why she couldnt take my order there? She said it was company policy and I already showed up on the camera and they stopped taking orders at the menu screen. I've never had a terrible experience at chic fila..but this interaction left me so confused like it shouldn't be that difficult to make an order, they obviously dont want my money so I left 🤷🏾‍♀️ Tying to understand what just happened is making me feel like im losing brain cells

On one picture my sons were very young. If you compare the two you can see we have been faithful customers!

I see lots of new faces. This is in my neighborhood, so I go often. Great service! Pleasant people! They try hard and you can see it! So for me they win!!! If you tell them the problem, they will fix it. I’ve even called a couple of times and they took my name to rectify their wrong my next visit!

Chick-fil-A got my order on this is a big deal for Chick-fil-A because you can always count on them to get it right the first time the one in hapeville has got my order wrong and the one in East point has got my order wrong today people just don't listen

My spicy chicken was fried in overly used oil that it was super dark. My sons chicken nuggets were just dry.

We pulled through the drive through to make an order and I needed to see a menu and the lady wouldn’t let me see it or even touch the menu. I tried grabbing it and she said no I’ll hold it. Completely rude, no type of manners at all period. She had an attitude the whole time.

I asked for extra pickles got no pickles , ask for lg combo got med asked for mayo and ranch didn't get it . The wait time was ridiculous. The greeter/order taker had no sense of urgency nor pep ,no hello ni nothing just stood there what I asked for just went in one ear and out the other

I went through the drive thru, the ordering process was smooth. They had a Young lady outside taking orders and she took my order of a peach Milkshake, a lemonade, and a club grilled sandwich and a large fry. The problem for me came when I drove up to the drive-through window and nobody greeting me, they stood at the window, just watching me. Eventually the lady handed me my milkshake and lemonade. The manager watched me through the window and was putting my order together. When I got home and I got through the bag, I had hard cold fries, my club had no bacon, no tomatoes, no cheese, & also no receipt. Only grilled chicken, bad lettuce ,and bread. I called back to chic fil a & no one answered. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied. I didn’t spend &17 to be dissatisfied. Please do better with this store.
