Worst location in Atlanta. Save your money. Either they’ll mess up your order, make it super sloppy, or they’ll be out of certain ingredients. Ive given this location many chances and they ALWAYS screw up.

This has to be one of the most disgusting restaurants I’ve ever set foot upon. Trash was everywhere, the tables were incredibly filthy, the floors were full of food waste and garbage. The counter was filthy. Food wise, it’s a Chipotle, it’ll be good pretty much anywhere, but something must be done about the cleanliness of the place.

Very poor customer service. I was told that I had to wait 5 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. Those five minutes turned into 40 minutes and the chicken was undercooked. The attitudes were beyond nasty. Also, no air condition. It had to be 90°+. This was my first and last time patronizing this location. I wish I had the option of giving no stars.

Y’all need a new crew or something. Otherwise shut this chipotle because this one terrible especially for the money i spend everytime coming here! Few workers you can tell got great work ethnic, but the other half a good majority need to get reevaluated or somthing. Especially the Spanish/latin girl who start off the line and work in the afternoon. This girl came IN to work starting her shift and the atmosphere changed from chill to being rushed and aggressive with it. She lucky i didn’t ask the gentleman she took spot to do my bowl before he get off the clock because i already know how she is EVERYTIME I COME IN SHE WORKING WITH THIS SAME ATTITUDE!! It’s 2025 working at chipotle know you was trained with customer service! And management on duty at night no better. This store is a mess.

The Spanish long black haired mami needs to go ahead and find another job if she cant work at chipotle with customer service. This girl yelled at the boy after me about beans! She got that nasty attitude everytime i come into this location, and have the nerve to get mad when u ask her for extra like you not paying for what you asking for! Then want to go fast and rush you, but then switch up when it’s her own kind. The girl who always starts the line at the bowl and burrito, Y’all should know which employee. Disgusted by her attitude i don’t even care for this food no more.

This is one of the worst Chipotle's ever they are always very unprofessional here yesterday July 2nd I went into the Chipotle and asked for some guacamole and chips for my child who only eats specific things and was denied the guacamole I was told it was for online customers only and I'm trying to figure out when there was a hierarchy for online customers versus in-store customers I believe all customers should be treated equally and if there is a product it should be provided to all guests I was very disturbed when I saw one of of the employees share the grilled vegetables with the online staff and was wondering why they could provide items to online staff but the online staff cannot provide guacamole to the walk in store guest I'm thinking about reporting this to City News because of the mistreatment and well move further up with my complaint
