All was going well until I asked for extra sauce with my 5 count chicken tender meal with an extra biscuit, it came with one sauce, so I asked for another since I was spitting the meal, no problem I paid for the extra sauce and went about my day. Got home to realize I didn't get what I had paid for the extra biscuit and a 4 count tenders. I get it. I should have checked the bag before I pulled off.

Church's Texas Chicken got less than my normal 5 star rating today. Two menu items were not available, my drink was made wrong, and one menu item was discovered missing on my arrival back home. Service was good and the dining area seemed clean.

Staff talk too much over customers' food. The biscuits that are usually so good actually looked like they were in the oven for half a second. None of them were brown, so I passed.

Whoever is taking orders has a bad attitude and it makes this place look BAD. I don’t want to be at work the day after Christmas either but I’m here and this is life. Get it together!!!!!!

Need Better Staffing and better quality food they are not following the expiration times on foods are okra was stale and taste like it had been dropped twice and it was still cold and old tasting

Worst Church’s ever! Trust and believe those reviews about the uncooked food! This location they are so nasty and I’m not talking about their attitudes. One of the girls cooking the food and taking money had no gloves on and was on her phone at the same time. Look at these pictures of this uncooked chicken that they bought out to my car after making me wait 20+ mins. I’m so sick, I literally got food poisoning from this! This location needs to be shut down! If you don’t want to be sick like m don’t eat here!

I came through the drive through, and off top the person who took my order had an attitude. I greeted with "how are you doing" and got back "you can go ahead with your order". Waited for my food in the parking lot because it was cook to order and it was STILL cold and incomplete. Smh. I understand that people may think because of the location that good customer service is not a priority, but come on.
