This place is horrible. The worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I'm assuming that the guy with the accent was the manager because he seemed to get in charge He zero customer service skills and zero personality. I got to the car and he had screwed up my order. He's such a rotten human being that I didn't bother going back in the store. I didn't see any inspection scores posted but if they passed it had to be barely because the store just looks dingy. Even though my relative enjoyed the food and is only a block away I'll definitely go to another Church's. Awful!

Chicken was old.And re heated. Considering I went there at 11:20am when they just open. Nastiest mashed potato ever I had in my life. The gravy tasted like dog food gravy, train. Or maybe somebody licked in it. The only thing was good was the lemonade. Really disappointing when you’re working around this establishment and you can’t get good quality food do better in the neighborhood. I threw the whole bag away. Waste of money.

I work near the churches on Cleveland Avenue and I often go or would go after work, but I tried to redeem some points today and the lady didn’t know how to redeem points and say that I couldn’t unless I paid for something which I know that is not true, so I’m ended up going to the churches at a little further away just because of that. Please train your cashiers better.

Awful I got sick food took forever got home my chicken was burnt. They said everything was made to order not! Fried okra was cold and fries were cold. The guy at the windows was high as a damn kite. He say can you go park. After about 20 min I go in his ass says what did u order again. Horrible I will never go here again then I look in side grill was nasty.

They gave me old hard chicken. I ordered a 16 piece mixed family meal. And they aren’t answering the phone so I can be refunded or my food can be replaced

Unfriendly service. Old died up chicken. My husband and I were in Atlanta for funeral. Stopped at this location, I love Churches. So disappointing.

Worst Food and services,...Order chicken liver when I tell u the livers are spoiled had to be cook in old grease..Didn't receive my fries..Two cold chicken sandwiches..NEVER AGAIN I SEE WHY THEY CLOSING THEM DOWN !!

I did get greeted at the speaker. I was told to go ahead with your order. I ordered mac&cheese, and it looked old, and they didn't give me a spoon. I had to ask for one. I really hate this for this area
