ZERO STARS!!! I walked into this restaurant about 630. The older lady was standing at the counter. Didn’t say a word to me. I didn’t know what I wanted at the moment. but that shouldn’t stopped customer service. Nobody in that store say one word to me so I proceeded to walk out. I didn’t order even though I was hungry! I’d rather spend my money somewhere else I’m at least appreciated to be there with customer service. I wouldn’t even gave them this one star if it was an option. IT WASNT EVEN NO ONE INSIDE! Nor busy!

Disappointed to say the least. We ordered a cupfection, chili dog & misty freeze. Everything tasted old and stale. The freeze tasted like water with barely any syrup. The bread on the chili dog was so old. We’re definitely not coming back to this location. You’d be better off spending your $$ elsewhere

My husband has been coming here since he was a teenager. Now he brings me and our children. We come, you're often enough to say that the ice cream is still delicious. The food is good as well. No complaints. Prices can be a little spicy but these days where aren't they. It has been the same owners forever, and they're always so nice. 😊

The operator of this unit had crappy refrigeration, everything is melted. The ice milk tastes icy, not creamy. Buster bars are literally melted.
No brand equity inspections, obviously.

Came to this location about 3 yrs ago was understandable lobby was close I just left rn cause lobby is close there was about 6 if not more employees inside all with long faces to whoever read this if you pay for half service you reinforce their entitlement to give you half service and you as a customer deserve more for your earn money.

What kind of restaurant doesn't allow split payments and only informs you after you've finished ordering, and to make matters worse, asks if your card will work this time?

Me and my homie always at this DQ cause it's right down the street from the job. But they should be ashamed. We asked if the gravy for the tenders was thick cause if it wasn't we would order something else. She said it was thick. We ordered tenders and an extra gravy. The gravy was cold and watery. And the chocolate was so thin on the dipped cone was asked it to be double dipped. She said the chocolate was too hot to dip again. We got a refund for the ice cream and they remade the tender box. It's always something here !

I have been going to this DQ for a decade. Great friendly service!
Until I tried to use the app this evening. Ordered food, credit card charged. Order in the app, receipt in email.
Drive to location and my order isn't in the system. But instead of any assistance, or providing me with written proof so I could charge back with my credit card. I kept being told to call a number NOT listed here OR on the DQ website. I am not sure if I was scammed or not. But I still have a pending order, down $18, and the woman working the window was extremely rude like it was my fault.
Lost a loyal customer. Will be going out of my way to College Park location from now on.
And you all always commented about how sweet my dog is. Sucks a lot! Lost a loyal customer.
