Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It was a nice sunny day after church and we were taking the kids to get icecream. My sister told me not to go here because it’s “hood” but I was like it’s just icecream. As soon as we got to the door the sign taped on there said “drive thru only”. Just ghetto. I took my kids somewhere else where they can experience and see and pick out icecream at an ice cream place.

You’ll receive terrible service here! This family that works here is unprofessional and rude! Especially the older lady! Only good thing is the blizzards. Don’t waste your money here! Also look at the reviews and how they respond to unsatisfied customers.

I love Dairy Queen but sadly I won’t be going to this location anymore. There’s an older woman that is managing this place and she is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered since being in East Point! She will randomly charge you for things that are free when anyone else is working. She stealing peoples money at this point! Don’t go to this location if you want good service and don’t wanna be charged an arm and a leg for condiments.

They will never answer their telephone but they will take your money. They need to call back.

Horrible spicy chicken sandwich couldn't finish it...raggedy drive thru and parking lot...I will never visit the location again.

I just had the sloppiest nastiest burger of my whole life. The fries were fresh hot and crispy. But that burger. Eeewwww

I usually have a good experience here, but today we ordered two bacon burgers, but the bacon was almost raw. There was no way you could eat it that way, and I'm glad we caught it before we bit into it. I added a photo. Blizzards are great here, but honestly the prices are getting so high, you can't go just anytime that you would like.

Food was just OK, not what I expected from a DQ restaurant based on past visits from other locations. Guy taking order was hard to understand and seemed distracted by something. Location is not the greatest as well. I would maybe give it a second try though.

The Blizzard with Oreo Cookie crumbles and peanut butter sauce has been my favorite for decades and still hits the spot today. You get exactly what you're looking for.

Be aware that sometimes this location operates as a drive-thru only and closes the dining area.

This is the most unprofessional and rude bunch of people I’ve ever had to deal with. I usually go out of my way if I want Dairy Queen and they’re 2 min from my home. The fries are soggy or cold when I come, they take forever in the drive through, rude taking your order. Disrespectful at the window front door aKeats locked over charged me a time or two. SMH. Never will I ever go back.

Stopped in for a quick blizzard here at dairy queen. The store was closed, and the drive thru was slow. The service was okay, but as always the blizzards were bomb.
