This place definitely killed the experience of kfc , it’s very nasty inside , they keep the sides out with no heat , I was served a very old chicken sandwich the meat had to be sitting for awhile .

I went through the drive through and was given burnt chicken as though it was roasted on a fire. I wouldn’t even give a wild animal that to eat. I wish I wasn’t in a hurry to go to work, I would have returned it. This was inedible staff wasnt friendly but they weren’t rude. I did not get a receipt. This happened on 08/01/2025 at around 6:15pm

The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude to me during a recent visit The restaurant itself is very dirty. I do not recommend eating here as the food quality was also not good..

Finished my meal and asked to use the restroom. They said an employee was using. The employee was in the restroom talking on the phone. When i asked for assistance to at least use the unused ladies room, the manager berated me that she cannot interrupt the team member pooping. I explained he is clearly talking on the phone and asked if I can use the ladies quickly. They said they cannot because he had the key. The lady manager on duty was very combative. Saying how do I know if the person is on their phone. They were talking quite loud. Then explained that he might be talking on the phone while he is pooping. She said she talks on the phone when she poops and the other employee said he does too. Something tells me this location does not wash their hands and I certain they do not wash their phone when they poop and still go back to work and continue to use their phone. And when i said i appreciated her help, she said she doesn't appreciate me. 😬 Yikes.

I DoorDash at this location for staff was very rude over the phone telling me that they had to wash the machine for them to cook me some fresh chicken, which was gonna take 40 minutes did not want to cancel my order. Had to end up calling customer service for them to cancel on their end. Went back to that location to order was told they’re out of fries and a biscuit who eat chicken without biscuits and fries and was the same rude server that was there the other day so if you like Service and food that you want to eat not there come and join them
So rude and careless. Act busy when not many customers in the restaurant.

KFC on Virginia Ave. The chicken extremely salty. I called to let them know they danger to public health, putting that much salt on food, the person informed me he has no control over it. It is take as it is or leave it. Avoid this food and please let owner or corporate Knowles they are indangering the consumers by servings this kind of food. This one of the worst restaurant in this area. The employee is rude and dishonest; their is something very wrong with the location and the way they handle the store cash revenue; the owner or corporate mgmt. need to find out about their sales and customer service at this location very closely. It is about honesty and service.
