I came in the store today just doing my job & the manager thought I was someone else. She refused to give me my order. Called the cops on me for a CT and the cops laughed at her and told me to go about my business and have a wonderful day‼️ I don’t know this lady, NEVER met her before in my life‼️ Shame on you KFC for hiring such ratchet individuals.

no public restroom. Came off the road to grab food use the restroom and get back to driving. Before I can even tell the cashier I would order food. She rudely said “there’s a sign that say no public restroom” damn lady if you don’t want to clean the restroom just say that. Lol I’ll go to JJs better chicken and an open restroom. And she was giving free food to a random man across the counter but I can’t use the restroom. Weirdo!

Most hood experience ever. A manager was literally cussing out the staff over proper cleaning habits but I loved that she was that concerned about proper cleaning protocols and literally hands down best kfc i have ever tasted and I have ate kfc in Japan , europe, and carribean

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am writing to express my disgust at the manager during my visit. I was met with eye-rolls and a defensive attitude. Not only was my issue not resolved, but the manager’s hostile tone created an incredibly uncomfortable encounter. The manager refused to serve me for a coupon and called the police! Avoid this location!!!

This place definitely killed the experience of kfc , it’s very nasty inside , they keep the sides out with no heat , I was served a very old chicken sandwich the meat had to be sitting for awhile .

I went through the drive through and was given burnt chicken as though it was roasted on a fire. I wouldn’t even give a wild animal that to eat. I wish I wasn’t in a hurry to go to work, I would have returned it. This was inedible staff wasnt friendly but they weren’t rude. I did not get a receipt. This happened on 08/01/2025 at around 6:15pm
