They open at 10. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 10:05. It’s now 10:15 and they still have no chicken ready… actually I don’t see any even being prepped. Waste of my time. I should have went to McDonalds.

Terrible customer service food was horrible manager went on a smoke break in the middle of taking my order uniforms were filthy I really want to speak with the manager superiors because I can’t believe this place is in business.
Manager on shift is VERY rude. Called to ask about a job and was just unnecessarily extra for no reason.

I give this KFC 1395 Virginia Ave East Point, GA 30344 a negative ⭐️ cashier Qianshay and manager on duty on 12/19/2024 @ 4:00 pm. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered 3 pieces chicken all white,after waiting 15 minutes she tells me there is no more breast and offered wings instead. I wanted a refund but was told they don’t give refund or credit back to account. Manager tells me to build a bridge and get over it. I didn’t get my food and refund. I had to get the police involved.

placed orders multiple times , when walking in was not greeted followed by telling me my “order was cancelled” and it wasn’t , taking drive thru orders and was never acknowledged , idk if it’s the fairskinned manager with locs but can’t be a manager with that attitude! Go to cascade cause no my last time coming here , the cashiers have better customer service. I have been waiting 15 minutes and the chicken isn’t even hot or crispy just small and soggy AND ITS NEVER BUSY WHEN I COME.
