It was hot and cheesy. The left off the mayo that I asked for specifically to be added. The girl who took our order was very dry and not very helpful with the menu or the deals offered.

There is always something going on at this Krystal's. They NEVER have enough employees to serve the public or the store is closed when they are supposed to be open. The manager had turned me around several times when trying to get breakfast. I noticed the seniors don't come here for breakfast anymore. I used to be with them in the morning. This place needs a makeover with a new Management group and employees

Could not go inside. It was drive-through only, so it was a waiting period, and the food wasn't good, not fresh. I went through the drive-through and had to go to training. I really wanted to take it back for a refund.
