The two girls working tonight were outside smoking weed as I was walking in. I didn’t even realize they were employees until they asked if I was going inside and then proceeded to argue about whose turn it was to work. Complete unprofessional and clearly they don’t want a job. The hot and ready stuff has been sitting there all day and tasted disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable

Okay so I'm used to them closing early and not answering the phone, but they definitely messed me up with this one. I ordered a new stuffed crust two topping pizza and instead of making what I ordered they took a old stuffed crust cheese pizza and just put on my two toppings on top of it. They know they wrong for that!

She was hitting the desk stop screen so hard I thought she was gonna hurt her fingers ..

I walked out and did not confront her to ask if my order was ready or a REFUND becaue I can see she made me nervous I felt she wanted TrOuble and doin anything in her power to get a reaction out of me ..
She had a personal issue and doesn’t need to me serving customers no hospitality and very
AGGRESSIVE!!

2nd time I’ve ordered and paid for food online, the app tells me it will be ready in 20 min. I get to the store 40 minutes later and the employees haven’t even started making my food yet (a single order of crazy puffs). And yes, the store was empty. No food in the heaters so no, they weren’t busy either.

Need more help locking the door early saying you can’t come in when you have order on line.. but can’t get in to get your order is so rude… please hire more help Please ‼️‼️‼️‼️ the lightskin lady with the orange locs is Rude‼️ this is my 3rd encounter with her … although I love coming to this location.. the other lady had great customer service.
