Wait time was long our waitress Alexi was 10 out of 10!. Unfortunately our food wasn't hot , more like some plates were done and were shelved til all plates were done. Drink was delicious and potent!

The food is ok. The service is terrible. If you schedule a pickup for a certain time, just be prepared to wait an hr once you arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Staff is rude.

Longhorn is my go-to chain restaurant! I love them, the food is quality and the prices are reasonable. They just got the lamb chops back for the season so you know I had to go. Parmesan crusted lamb chops ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ they are always yummy! You get 5 lamp chops (2 sides) for about $30 plus tax. The gentleman during carry-out lasntight was quick and efficient, he was also very nice!

The food was great. I ordered a rib eye and it was great. Our server was very good. The manager and host were very professional and attentive. The actual restaurant need some additional attention. The glass doors should be cleaned several times a day. The floors felt a little sticky. The mirror and wall fixtures need to be cleaned and dusted. The bathroom doors were sticky.

I had lunch here on 2/16/25. The food tasted fine. However 5 hours later I came down with food poisoning. Today I tried to report it to a manager. I was on hold for 25 minutes, the manager never came to the phone.

Joi! You were a joy to be of service and are an amazing server! Pleasant, knowledgeable, swift, and courteous. Unfortunately you don't find much of this all in one these days much less at franchise establishment. Joi exceeded our needs and with a beautiful smile on her face. I can only speak on my drink which was amazing I got the dragon fruit margarita it was spectacular!!! I came here for lunch so I got the fried chicken sandwich with a side salad. Omg this chicken sandwich was piping hot for about 10 minutes, literally couldn't chew my food properly which I'm grateful for hahaha. Better super hot than cold! Everything tasted amazing. I am not a fan of franchise restaurants but I will for sure be back to this long horn steakhouse. Again shout out to Joi. You were GREAT!!!!! She should run some Trainings on how customer service/hospitality should be presented ESPECIALLY in the south

My first and last time visiting! I made an online order to be picked up at 4:45 pm! I arrived 15 mins early to park in the 2 go spots! When I pulled around to the TO GO SPOTS, they were all full of customers that were dining in, so I thought! I called inside to let them know I was there and to tell them about the parking situation they said they knew it's always like that! I waited 5 mins and one of the customers came out and I was able to park! As I'm sitting there, about 5 or 6 employees came outside and went their cars, and they were the ones taking up the TO GO parking spots! I'm sitting and noticed my food is not out yet and it's 5:00 pm at this time! I called again, and the food came out! I was so pissed I just left after getting my food! I made it home and opened my food! The ribeye and my burger were cold dry! I ordered both of them medium well! The mash potatoes were cold also! The only thing that was good was the sweet potato and the salads.
This location is by far my worst experience ever dealing with a restaurant! I wish I could give them zero stars!
