The steaks were wonderful like always! However our server acted like she could care less about us she was in no rush to do anything pretty much forgot about us I worked for longhorns years ago great place to work for along with great food. However, the server is what makes the meal what it should be great grand and marvelous. However she felt very short of that. Thumbs up for longhorns thumbs down for the server.

Get there they out of chicken for an outlaw steak was over cooked waited almost a hour for a to go order, I was very patient the cook in there was on his phone and fixing food, sides were not up to par either. Unbelievable when I reached out to restaurant I had no follow up

I went here because of a viral video I seen on Facebook about the lamb chops . They did not disappoint. Honestly is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. I enjoy the people , the food , the drinks , and the service every single time. I haven’t had a bad experience with Long Horn no matter the location.

Waited over a hour to get our food! Then had to wait 30 minutes to get our check. The place was busy, but there appeared to be plenty of staff to support.

Had a party of 10 plus, originally said it would be an hour wait. Had us seated in 10 minutes, Great Job staff!! Waitress was very friendly and courteous. Food was excellent!!
Today I received a to-go order for a kid’s burger in which the bun was moldy. I called to receive refund. After speaking to a team member and the manager, both insisted on returning the moldy bun before issuing a refund. After wasting time on the phone, the manager refused to issue a refund without proof of the mold. I offered to upload the photos of the moldy bun, however that was not sufficient. The manager continued to state that even a complaint with corporate would not make a difference. It is a great inconvenience to have inedible food for a child in addition to having no reasonable resolution for an error made on the restaurant’s behalf.
