Order thru the drive thru, seems like the young lady at the window to pay is being trained so I’m patient with her as she repeats the order back to me. I pay and move forward the young lady at the second window ask if I had (she names the order) I said yes and 2 cookie 🍪 totes. She asked if I could move forward. I wait about 7 minutes for the cookies, never looked at them til I reach home which is about a 6 minute drive. I get home and see that cookies are not only burnt...read full review
