The customer service I experienced at this location on July 29, 2025 was the worst. It took almost 10 minutes to receive a mobile order that was only a large sweet tea. I had to get the attention of three associates to receive my drink. The one person who was working the front counter was upset that customers did not want to place their orders on the kiosks. I will avoid this location like the black plague going forward.

Waiting almost 20 minutes and still no food. Simple hamburger and fries with an ice cream cone. Slowest service ever. Zero F given here.

We had a drive-thru order. The person taking our order verily spoke. We weren't sure she got our order. We had to ask her. Service was slow for a late night meal. The food was good and hot.

LB takes pride in his customer service AND establishment. By far the best experience ive ever had at any McDonald's! I messed up my order using the kiosk and he simply corrected it. He checked on all the customers as they sat and ate, ensuring the food was good and we needed nothing. His staff were all well groomed and had a neat appearance in their uniforms. This is not your typical fast food experience. BIG Thank you to you and your team!
