I’ve worked on a farm before when I was a teen and the smell of this McDonalds reminded me of manure, and it was putrid. Oddly enough there were several people waiting on their food, more than there should have been.

3/13/25 4:46 p.m. I used the kiosk when entering for the first time. I ask the customer service rep was I in the system. She replied give me a moment. She never answered. Came back with my order. I only ordered a large fry and medium drink. The fries were burnt. She had to know it before giving them to me. Why would you give a customer burnt fries. I didn’t ask for another. This will be the one incident that will keep me from spending my money there again. It’s like people don’t care anymore. Here you go.

The cashier/order maker could have cared less for the patrons. You were forced to order via the kiosk. Which was probably best to reduce the interaction with the "cashier". She made my food, got an attitude when I asked for a knife and fork, and strawberry jam. Then proceeded to take an order payment before getting them. She slammed the utensils on the counter as though she wanted to break them. When I asked for salt and pepper, she stated, "I don't have any", again with attitude. I hesitated because I was having a good morning until I entered this fine establishment. If it hadn't been so close to breakfast ending, I would have left and went to another location.
I proceeded to eat my food. I caught the manager's attention, and let her know I need to speak with her, she turned and went into the rear. Upon completing my breakfast, I approached the counter, the cashier saw me, however, she didn't acknowledge me. I let another employee know I wanted to see the manager. The manager came towards the front, placed something in the corner, and walked pass me as I was waiting at the front counter. I wanted to share with her my experience and to ask why there was an additional .40 upcharge for a small coffee, which already came with a meal.
I've visited this location several times using the drive-thru, today I decided to venture to the inside, I don't know when I'll be back.

Will not be going back there. On my mother I got sick soon as I finished eating it. My food was just placed in a little ass bag burgers was smushed together. Fries were a litter hard. I knew better not to eat it. But it was a risk I was willing to take, I starving and this place was the only place open

I dont know who runs this McDonald's, but it's definitely not open 24 hours. I wish McDonald's would just go out of business instead of continually subjecting us to this horrible horrible customer service it has evolved to.

The employees were outside chilling when I needed two doordash orders. They never made any effort to get inside, customer service was no help, and I ended up losing out on a $40 order.

The kitchen was full of smoke. The service was super slow, the cashier was nice and all but the concerning thing was the conversation about them putting cocain and vodka into certain green milkshakes. The cashier tried to intervene but to no avail.

Waited for almost 25 minutes to get a dbl bacon qp meal. I only have a 30-minute lunch. Had to eat while driving. To find they didn't even put any bacon on my burger. I hope I never have to stop at this establishment ever again!

Ordered on the app while in the drive thru and it took 25 minutes from the time I got to the board to getting my food. Once they finally brought my food they didn't bring my drinks, and when they came back 5 minutes later with drinks, one was the wrong size, one didn't have a lid, and two were the wrong drink. And to top it off, one we got our food 2 of the burgers were overcooked and still had pink in the middle!
