I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with Mocha Frappe. And my drink was medium. And this is what they gave me. The workers I told him I need my refund. He started cursing at me. He lucky my girl was with me or else he was boutta get face slammed. Don’t ever go to this McDonald.

On the morning ofApril 18th I ordered 3 beverages and 2 hashbrowns, had to move to the bay lanes, they never brought food out, I went in to retrieve food. No apologies, Drinks were half way melted. Poor service, I would never visit this location again! Manager with a very nasty attitude, so I dare not to voice my complaints verbally to her…Horrible

I noticed that the line wasn't long at this particular McDonald's any more and now I understand why. The ladies have the nastiest attitude's, they don't speak, if you need a condiment or a straw, the whole world is going to end, because they have to take a few more steps to give you what you asked for. There was a gnat in my coffee and there were egg shells in my McMuffin. It's a shame, that with all of the comments on here, that the management/owner isn't taking steps to rectify the complaints. This isn't new information. Shame on you, McDonald's management. You have officially lost a customer. I'm sure that you will loose more. It's funny how they ask what would you recommend, but don't let you write anything in....I'd recommend another restaurant.

Not only did I not get my receipt I didn't get the right order. The manager tried to get the order correct and the person didn't even give me my food until she saw that I still didn't receive it. He was also rude and disrespectful. They need a whole overhaul with their staff.

This was the worst experience ever we asked for a mcflurry and the machine was down but we still HAD TO PAY FOR
Bathroom had no soap or paper towels, floors were soaking wet with no wet floor signs, bought ice cream and nuggets only for them to tell me the ice cream machine doesn’t work after I already paid. Employee had total unconcern for my refund as well.
