The girl on headset this morning (around 4:40 am) was very very rude. I usually don't even do reviews buts its 4 in the morning...I get that you're tired but you don't have to be mean to other people who are on their way to work too. You don't know what people are going through.

Came For A Pick Up Which Was Placed At 3:30am. Came Thru The Drive Thru Set For 15mins. No Response, Had To Keep Saying Hello Before Anyone Spoke. When They Did Decide To Speak They Were So Rude. Saying “We Are Switching Over To Breakfasts Come Back @4:30a”. Which Was Almost A Hour Later.Then I Told Them I Had A Pick Up. They Told Me They Have Nothing To Give And To Cancel My Order. Which Was My Last And It Takes Up To 5 Business Days For A Refund. I’m Highly Upset And Annoyed.

I place a curbside order and I waited 20 min in the car then had to go inside to get my own damn food! They didn't even have the order ready still and I had to wait inside! CRAZY 😧 The food was like warm 🥵 and not fresh poor service!!!!

Drive thru sucked!! My 1/4 pounder was DRY. And you have to pay the same price for one with cheese as one without. The meal prep area was dirty and workers were going in and out didn't and back in to the meal prep area. They all looked unhygienic. And they're slow. 🥴

@8 finish Sandwich was over cooked and Luke warm. Recommended fresh food. Fries was heat lamp warm. Costumers service was very good.

I got the quarter pounder meal for lunch and wanted to to upgrade my beverage to their new Chips Ahoy Frappe. Unfortunately the machine was down and the girl at the window informed me that the machine had been broken for a while because it is too old. The baffling part is that several McDonalds restaurants are also saying their machines are also down. How can this really be the case? All at the same time? My food was room temperature. The fries had been mixed-some that had already been there with some that had been there even longer, they had different textures. The lid for the salt must have fallen off the fries were so salty. Customer service could have also been better. In a time where money is tight, we can spend it somewhere else.
