This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!! Last night after midnight there were a ton of cars in drive thru When we finally got to the speaker it took about 10 mins to even be acknowledged..as we tried to order …he kept making us hold …other car in line beside us drove off after never getting helped We finally drove off since he never would completely take our order There were NO cars in front of us at all When we drove off we could see him hiding inside It was as if he was doing all this to make people leave He needs to be fired!!!! Will never visit this location again!

Absolutely terrible service. They told me to pull up for my order , made me wait 5 min, then when someone finally came they asked what my order was. It was sitting idle the entire time. Then I had a question pertaining my order then the cashier gave me an attitude asking "what do you want?" Then telling me no and go go back around if I wanted service. Older heavy set black woman. Also I was waving yo get her attention and she noticed but acted like she didn't and tried to step out of view

It’s literally no reason why I came to drive thru @11 something tonight & it was alot of employees inside of McDonalds but no one came to the speaker no one said hold up everybody walking around but nobody was answering da speaker I was da only car out there sat out there for 12min for no one to come by time im just sitting there the line longer still no one answering & that’s crazy that everybody was walking around but nobody answered yall know yall get busy around 11pm so why yall even in there playing ?

Ordered our food at drive through.
Was handed a receipt for an order before she took my credit card at the first window without a single greeting or question about what I ordered. A little odd.
She asked if I had a mobile order to which I replied I did not.
After that was corrected, I went on to the second window.
This girl had a terrible attitude when I pulled up, no idea why. She did it seem to like my kind but I tried to be polite and professional with her in order to soften her angry spirit.
Without speaking to me, she hands a bag to me.
When I picked up the bag it was very light and I explained it was not mine, as I had ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a DQP with cheese.
She very rudely asked “Well what’s in the bag?”
I replied with “a 4 piece nugget meal only.”
She was annoyed and gave us a different bag when I replied It wasn’t my order.
I am not from the area but wow the negativity and hate was the most I’ve ever experienced in anything in my almost 50 years in earth.
I felt very unwelcome and felt I being treated like this because I have a mixed race family and this racist AA girl hated me for my color and family. Wife and kid complimented me on keeping my cool while dealing with such a tyrant at the window.
Stuff was not very helpful and the place felt like a prison. Not to mention, multiple were smoking in the bathrooms.

Wish i could leave zero stars but its not even worth it ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 2 mcchickens with no lettuce and four small fries ...... Open bag it's cheeseburgers like wheres the double cheeseburgers. Definitely missing four hamburger patties and four slices of cheese. You couldve just hired me and fired those employees if they cant even make a burger correct. Definitely was disappointed but sometimes you have to look at the scenary and see the police in the parking lot and say in god we trust .............

They really should do better. When up go there, sometimes you're at the speaker for 10min before they even acknowledge you. It's almost like they pace the drive- thru at times. Then turn around and give you cold food after the wait🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
