Guys making the food and the atmosphere was great. Gave a 1 star for the cashier who had an attitude and wouldn't give me a cup for water because they were "out of water cups". Somehow that's my fault and made zero sense. Tried to talk to a manager, but there wasn't one on site. 6:00pm on 3.22.

Compared with other Moe's franchises in the area, I didn't find their food as fresh, nor the staff as inviting. When I wanted extra guac, the server seemed hesitant and skimmed in the serving amount despite me expressing that I would please like some more and I was happy to pay more for extra helpings. Quite dissappointed. I will go to other Moe's next time 🤷♀️

I came here to eat their 7 dollar Monday burrito today… and my meal ended up 14 dollars. They don’t honor Monday burrito. I did get bacon in it and they didn’t tell me that it was extra when I got it. Not coming to use this location again since they don’t honor only reason I come to Moe’s on Mondays!

Those who work there are terrible. I asked for water and they told me they didn't have any glasses. Those who work there are terrible.
Stopped by and ordered a large quest and large guacamole and asked for a bag of chips and they stated that it was for to go order only. I also ordered a quesadilla and a bowl but it only came with a small side of chips. Disappointed as I did not have anything to dip with my guacamole…very disappointing

When you walk in they are EXTREMELY LOUD!!! I know you want people to feel welcome but it’s very unappealing. I told the cashier I wanted a combo. Instead of her saying they don’t have combos she charges me $3 for the drink. When I said I wanted it a combo she gets an attitude and points to the menu and says “we don’t have it” But before all of that she was grunting like she was frustrated with the orders that had to be bagged for online orders. She did that a few times while I was in line.
The short guy fixing the add ons he’s dancing and hitting the prep station with his gloves then begin fixing food without changing gloves THEN he begin whistling over peoples food while fixing it. I will not be coming back to this location at all.

The Team was unprofessional, rushing customers not giving them a chance to actually tell them what to put on their food , the one small lady was rushing gave a little portion of meat had to keep asking for more meat , the bathroom was dirty and smelled like ass as well . Do better I love moes but will never come back to this one
