My pizza wasn't cooked all the way. The pizza was half dough. The manager did not re make the pizza nor do anything about it. No courtesy. Beware!

This is my first and last time at this establishment. The potential was there, but the reality was disappointing. The service was extremely slow. While our server (Dee) apologized, her frustration effected her quality of service. The boneless wings were the size of chicken nuggets. The pizza took forever to come out and when it did, it was cold! Dee tried to accommodate us with a small discount off the bill, but unfortunately we will not be back.

Went in and tried this restaurant for the first time tonight with a group of people. I ordered a deep dish pizza with Italian sausage, mushrooms and green peppers. The food took a long time, but it was Saturday night and they had one waiter for the whole area, and probably one or two people in the kitchen for a busy night. The pizza was amazing. Absolutely worth the wait. I was also surprised that Blue Moon on tap was only $4 per glass, and I enjoyed three because I wasn't driving. I would love to order pizza from Nancy's again next time I'm in town. Please tip generously.

Great Chicago style pizza. The crust is delicious and crispy and the ingredients are fresh and plentiful!

Tried to support, despite the negative reviews. I have learned my lesson. I ordered A small deep dish (a lot of meat) and a medium uncle Tonys thin with a small garden salad by phone at 7:56pm, was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Got there to pick it up at 8:40pm and was told to wait 20 more minutes because for some reason only the thin crust was ready. I expressed my concern about one pizza being fresh and the other not being and was assured by a manager that they would both be. Approximately 25 minutes later, 9:05pm I was told I had 6 more minutes. At 9:14pm I was asked to pay, because they closed at 9. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was given my food and the order was incorrect. My thin crust was the wrong size and the wrong pizza, it was a small deep dish with toppings I didn't order. The service on this day was not good at all, and management (while at first seeming attentive) in the end did nothing and did not care. Hoping better in the future.

Discover your love for Chicago deep dish! The pies are great, the atmosphere is nice as well.

I forgot the waitress name, damit. She was excellent she got my pizza crust exactly like a requested. She didn't cook it be She relayed the instructions and the pizza came out perfect. Nancy's pizza is by far the VERY BEST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD

Arrived at the restaurant at 7:45pm and was told that the kitchen is closed, even though there was a family seated that had not received food yet. I informed the employee that the sign on the door says they’re open until 11pm. He said that was before Covid. We have been in this pandemic for almost 3 years, no excuse to update the sign. This isn’t the first time I’ve been turned away during normal business hours at this location.

This is an odd review to write. I'm from Chicago and am an admitted pizza snob. The crust is as good as you'll find outside of Chicago. The pizza itself was very tasty. But the pizza itself was cold. It tasted like it had been par cooked beforehand, frozen, then not quite cooked to finish. The bottom was wet, as if just thawed. After I sat down, I read the reviews. Since service was the complaint, I set my stopwatch. The pizza arrived in 22 minutes. It could have used another 5. The waitress never checked on me while I was there, but did box my leftover pizza when she came with the check. The leftovers will taste better than the restaurant experience. Next time, I'll bring my meat thermometer.

This location has HORRIBLE service. I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas at 4:38 PM...paid at 5:11 PM and was told to wait 15 more minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later, 5:45, (and after checking with the cashier multiple times) I was told that one of the pizzas was ready, but the other one was coming out shortly. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was told that the pizza actually hadn't been made and that it would come out in 8 minutes. After all that, and about 20 minutes later, I was told that the medium cheese pizza was made but that "someone" gave it away and they could make me another one. I left. So Nancy's wasted 2 hours of my time and I STILL didn't get what I originally ordered. This place sucks (at least it does on Fridays). Although the food is usually good, it's not worth the possible confusion. Especially with so many other good options close by. I give this 0 STARS!!!!

I went to this pizza place for the first time on the day before my birthday - August 20th 2022, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! I've always been wanting to come to this place to check out their food and such, and we always drove by it but never went in, so we finally got the chance to on that day. Great service, scrumptious pizza, perfectly cooked, and deliciously prepared. Along with a clean atmosphere and professionalism in the staff too. Great experience!! Definitely coming back sometime soon!Ps: fix the bench in the front!!! It's breaking apart!!

There's not a lot of great choices for food (at least good) in this part of Atlanta. Nancy's though, is an exception. A really good exception! The Tuscan crust pizza was excellent. On another night I ordered a small, deep dish (the oven to make the Chicago style stuffed deep dish was not working on that night). No problem - I like regular deep dish better than the Chicago style). It was excellent as well. The Greek salad is also extremely good. Staff is friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

Pizza was very good, sauce and cheese tasted very fresh although couldn’t really taste the pepperoni. The bad about this spot is how long it took! And even though the waitress Kyanna was very nice and made sure we had what we needed it would be better for her if she communicated to guests how long it’ll actually take, that way you can decide if you want to wait and not get irritated.

Horrible! Horrible! Badddddd service. On the evening of Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7:30pm, my daughter and I went to Nancy's Pizza at Camp Creek Parkway. We've been there countless times before and marveled at how long it always took for pasta dishes to be served -- at least 20 minutes. On the evening of the 11th, we went to the side that was still open (a sign indicated that seating in one half of the restaurant was closed. We seated ourselves near the bar and were TOTALLY IGNORED FOR CLOSE TO 15 MINUTES! When my daughter got the attention of a waitress, we wished we hadn't wasted our time that evening. The BITCHY waitress said something along the lines of she's tired and had enough to do. She said she was going to seat us but we judt needed to wait. She went on to tell us they were about to close. She said, "We are about to close, but what do you want?" Her words and attitude were HORRIBLE!! Never again!!

There are times when the pizza is ok and other times where it leaves a lot to be desired. I would avoid this location since there customer service is very poor for those times it is bad. Getting them to remake a pizza is harder then running a marathon. I can't speak for the other locations but this one is a strong avoid.
