I ordered 5 large pizzas and two order of bread sticks today for delivery through their website but their delivery driver never delivered our food.
I tried calling the store twice, was placed on hold for over 6 mins and then called back and got the voicemail. I then drove the 2 miles down the street to the store spoke to the manager David and he contacted the delivery AP which refuses to refund my money.
No offer to remake my order or a refund offered by David. Will dispute this $179 charge and will spread the word on OZ Pizza.

Visited one of my favorite places today for my usual lunch special which ends at 2pm.
Walked in the door at 1:52pm to a line of 6 people with one cashier.
Each person took several mins to complete I got to the cashier at 1:59pm per their clock on the wall….ordered a special and was told it was over.
Confused I asked the cashier why she said the cash register locks automatically at 2pm….still confused I said it’s 1:59 she advised me smartly there was nothing she could do…..I requested the manager he was making a deposit and I had to wait.
Upon speaking to me the MANAGER stated there was nothing he could do with disdain.
I have come to the following conclusions:
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD IN 2025
2. I HAVE TO FIND A NEW FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE….going to be hard though I’ve been going for the last 20 years also need a new football watching venue.
CUSTOMER LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING THESE DAYS
