Please do not order ahead, using the mobile app, at this location, and expect the order to be ready on time. On my last 3 visits, half of the menu was not available when I arrived. 2 of those 3 visits were mobile orders. Something I've only experienced at this location.

They either need to fire some people or hire a lot more. My dasher waited for an hour and a half for my food and I called the store literally 18 times with no answer.

2/22/25 5:43pm. Waited in line for 45 minutes. You think your about 20 in line but doordash orders keep coming in and they make those immediately so I was really about 50.

I was the first customer, I think they rushed the rice because it wasn't done it was hard! The teriyaki chicken was burned. I called the manager, he barely spoke English. Not a good day.

I paid like 12 dollars for 4 small bite size pieces of chicken and bowl of dry rice not for me anymore I usually go to the Chinese restaurant in the hood you really get your money's worth
If they have a sign on the door that says online order...go somewhere else. The order will be an hour and a half behind the time they email you.

I have been in alot of the chain panda express restaurants and this one was divided. Some where ready and wanted to help, others gave a lot of signs they were there only for a pay check. The young man ringing the order up gave many signs he was frustrated because i asked for soy sauce, and chop sticks. I am only going to share that there where only two kinds of people working that night and one was there to work and the other to collect a pay check. I will not be back to this site ever again.

Food wasn’t very good but panda is always hot or miss and was definitely a miss when eating here. The chow mein was flavorless was like eating cardboard.

This Panda Express has gone downhill the rice doesn't taste like rice very hard and may be OLD cheap rice but I dont think so maybe its what they call the PLASTIC rice. Also my favorite the Teriyaki chicken was rubbery and didnt tasye good either. In addition you cant taste before you buy anymore. Staff is nice and friendly but I won't be back. Waste of money remembering why don't eat this type of food anymore

I stood in the line at the camp creek location my plate was a full plate I stood in line for a whole hour waiting on my chicken to get cook and still got skipped I paid for a full plate and only got half a plate I'm highly upset about the service in there

DO NOT come here if you are rushing for a quick bite at your favorite fast casual establishment before catching a flight. While Panda typically serves as a bastion of efficiency and quality, this particular location was disturbingly slow. We waited 40 mins for some orange chicken and lo mein. Unfortunately however, the food was still gas.
