Im extremely disappointed about my food. I ordered the steak and shrimp and I asked the lady where they going to bring out any more steak.She said, no I said this doesn't look fresh, she said it only been out 5 minutes.I just tried the steak and it tastes burnt hard.and old. There is no way that this food has only been sensitive for 5 minutes. When i called the store to talk to someone , no one answered the phone. I live twenty minutes away , so to go all the way home to find out that the food is horrible is a real problem for me.

Very good Chinese fast food with some healthy options like the super greens and grilled teriyaki chicken. Service was a little slow but not unreasonable with small dining room location. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get so it's a good value

Ordered on Door Dash. They sent half the order. The driver told them it wasn’t the full order but they were rude to her. Then I called 30 times and they never answered. Never got our food.

The WORST WORST exoerience picking up food online told me it will be ready at 12:10 took 40 mins at least 25 people came threw the door and food was ready before mine

The food is fine. But the wait is extreme. I came at 800pm on Friday and was 10th in line. It took 30 mins to get through the line and check out (wasn’t waiting on food). The staff is working hard, but the high volume of take out orders really slowed things down. Management needs to figure out how to fix this.

Horrible customer service! The manager DEUI is combative confrontational and unprofessional. When an employee was simply asked to return the correct change he offered to call the police on the customer for simply having the audacity to ask because he was a black man.

Please do not order ahead, using the mobile app, at this location, and expect the order to be ready on time. On my last 3 visits, half of the menu was not available when I arrived. 2 of those 3 visits were mobile orders. Something I've only experienced at this location.

They either need to fire some people or hire a lot more. My dasher waited for an hour and a half for my food and I called the store literally 18 times with no answer.

2/22/25 5:43pm. Waited in line for 45 minutes. You think your about 20 in line but doordash orders keep coming in and they make those immediately so I was really about 50.
Incredibly slow. A truly miserable experience.

I was the first customer, I think they rushed the rice because it wasn't done it was hard! The teriyaki chicken was burned. I called the manager, he barely spoke English. Not a good day.
