The pizzas that I ordered on 8/02 were DRY. The pizzas barely had any sauce on them & thanks to the garlic sauces I had, it added some something to them! I was disappointed because I paid for normal sauce, not for a drizzle of sauce. I was basically eating a breadstick pizza with toppings. Speaking of toppings, I ordered a pizza with sausage, spinach & steak but there was barely any steak on the pizza. SMH. Do better, y’all. Please.

The poorest customer service EVER!!!
I prefer to pick my pizza up, walked in was not greeted by the tall young man who stood there pulling on his locks in his hair, I took a deep breath and proceeded at inquire about what specials they were offering and he pointed at the advertisement on the window.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Headquarters, you’re welcome to contact me, that’s if you care.

Horrible. I came in to purchase pizzas for a school. The employee didn’t even say good morning before he told me I’d have to order online. I explained I needed a quick order that’s tax exempt, and he quickly responded that he can’t do tax exempt, only his boss can do it and she was not in.. no “let me see what I can do” nothing. So I left, and Marcos filled my order over the phone, removed the taxes, and had it delivered to the school before I got back.. THANK GO FOR MARCOS, our new preferred pizza vendor

My address was read wrong on the Internet by the employee's at Papa John's and I was blamed for inputting the wrong address. My address automatically populates as N Camp Creek, but the delivery person tried to deliver to Camp Creek N. I never received my order.

Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Couldn't get an ETA on what time the pizza would arrive nor a number to contact the driver. The driver pulled into the job site, turned around and left with my food. So I had to get a refund that's going to take 3-5 business days and starve me and my crew for the rest of the day until we got off of work. Terrible experience and
I wouldn't recommend Papa Johns to a ninja turtle!!!

I’ve been holding out on posting this review but since no help has been provided. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PAPA JOHN’S! THEY GAVE MY FAMILY AND I FOOD POISONING A WEEK AGO‼️🤮
One manager stated he will reach it to corporate to resolve the issue, no response. Then I call today and a smart mouth YN answers the phone and is very objective and non helpful. This establishment is trash, take your money elsewhere. Poor customer service and nasty.

I had a disappointing experience at Papa John’s today. I waited for 50 minutes and was completely ignored by the staff. I was the first person in line, but the employee with glasses and braids (light skin) almost like the sun, continuously spoke to customers who arrived after me, without acknowledging me or offering any assistance. I had to finally make my presence known before anyone would acknowledge me. While I understand the area might influence the atmosphere, I don’t think it excuses the lack of customer service. If you’re unhappy in your role, maybe it’s time to consider another one. Customer service should always come first, and unfortunately, this experience was far from that.

I ordered online to so my son & I did have to wait along time....My food was given away to another customer, then I was told that my order wasn't ready when the app clearly said it was. After being told 2 lies about my order, I was given some Cinnamon Pull aparts that had been sitting up for 30mins & my pizza finally. I asked for the manager because I had waited 35 mins for a "cheese pizza & the Cinnamon pull apart" then the manager on duty Torrey heard me saying everything & still didn't want to talk to me the customer, when I asked for the store manager over the location she said "No" I couldn't get the person name or her name and walked away so the young man at the front finally told me her name after asking 3 times.I am waiting for a call & my refund, I purchase pizza twice a week from Papa John's to get the rude service and sat food that I got.....

I ordered a pizza from this Papa John’s, and when I got home, I realized it was completely burned. I went back to the store expecting them to fix the issue, but instead of good customer service, I was met with a nasty attitude and smart remarks from the staff. Instead of trying to make things right, they were rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this location at all. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere that actually values their customers.

Do yourself a favor, and go to a little Caesar's, Domino's or a pizza hut. I ordered a pizza with a soda for delivery, The drivers keep my food in the TRUNK unprotected, and the eat most of the pizza and drank the soda. The staff at this papa johns were unhelpful and unprofessional, and hung up on me.

Firstly I waited for over 45 minutes for my order to come and once it did they didn’t bring the pizza but only the two sides I had ordered. Once I called the restaurant they told me the pizza was on the way but it wasn’t and it was still in the oven I asked them to accommodate me and they refused even though I had to wait another 40 min and still don’t have my pizza as I am typing this. The service was rude and nobody was able to give me the accommodation I wanted. I sat and watched my family eat their meal while I was still waiting for my meal and still am waiting. This store sucks and I will never order from them again. Please get better workers because they don’t care about your franchise at wll

we got delivery and the man showed up with our sides but not the pizza. called back and the lady that answered was rude and disconnected the line. when the manager picked up the phone, he “couldn’t” accommodate us for the extra wait. waited 40 minutes for the sides and then another 40 for our pizza to finally get here. don’t order from this location.

We ordered delivery with a pizza and two sides. The driver showed up with the two sides but no pizza. When we called the store they were extremely rude and unaccomadating. The first girl completely ignored us and put us on hold without saying anything and put us on with the manager. They refused to make us another pizza, despite us having to wait another 40 minutes for it to get here. Will not be ordering from them again. This place needs serious work.
