Wouldn’t take my QCC discount in store because they said we are only doing online orders. Didn’t want to acknowledge that I work for the company they didn’t care just said maybe you call the number to see what happens wow lol.
Let me start by saying I haven't ordered pizza in a while ,but I was watching my nephews and they wanted pizza. I ordered a large pizza beef w/extra cheese, wings and cheese sticks. I got the pizza and the pizza had barely any cheese and little meat. I called the store to advise the manager and she said I will get a new pizza out to you. Order came in 2nd pizza was worst than the first pizza. They left it on the porch no knock or courtesy ringing of the doorbell. I just happen to see a car backing out the driveway. Terrible experience!

I sent my daughter to Papa John's Pizza at marketplace pick up a extra large supreme with extra Italian sausages they forgot to add the extra Italian sausage I asked my daughter why didn't she just tell them that so they can make the pizza over she said she didn't want to cause a confrontation over some extra Italian sausages the next time I went in to Papa John's on marketplace I told the manager what had happened to me I was ordering a supreme with Italian sausage and pepperoni and a another large supreme with extra Italian sausages the young men in that store that friday at Papa John's marketplace went beyond the call of duty the atmosphere was phenomenal the customer service was excellent and when they made the pizza 's it came out perfect just the way I ordered it and they gave me the extra Italian sausage without charging me that was the best pizza I have ever had from Papa John's on marketplace it's because theses young men went out of their way to make everything right with a positive attitude and a smile on their face the best customer service I had in 2025 when ordering food love you Papa John's Pizza at Marketplace 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I DONT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF OVEN THEY HAVE BUT I CAN BE AT THE PANDA EXPRESS ORDERING AND BUY THE TIME I GET THERE ITS ALREADY READY. IM NOT COMPLAINING. THATS JUST SUPER FAST. THE PIZZA IS ALWAYS FRESH AND TATSE GOOD. I ORDER HERE 4 TO 5 TIMES A MONTH.

The pizzas that I ordered on 8/02 were DRY. The pizzas barely had any sauce on them & thanks to the garlic sauces I had, it added some something to them! I was disappointed because I paid for normal sauce, not for a drizzle of sauce. I was basically eating a breadstick pizza with toppings. Speaking of toppings, I ordered a pizza with sausage, spinach & steak but there was barely any steak on the pizza. SMH. Do better, y’all. Please.

The poorest customer service EVER!!!
I prefer to pick my pizza up, walked in was not greeted by the tall young man who stood there pulling on his locks in his hair, I took a deep breath and proceeded at inquire about what specials they were offering and he pointed at the advertisement on the window.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Headquarters, you’re welcome to contact me, that’s if you care.

Horrible. I came in to purchase pizzas for a school. The employee didn’t even say good morning before he told me I’d have to order online. I explained I needed a quick order that’s tax exempt, and he quickly responded that he can’t do tax exempt, only his boss can do it and she was not in.. no “let me see what I can do” nothing. So I left, and Marcos filled my order over the phone, removed the taxes, and had it delivered to the school before I got back.. THANK GO FOR MARCOS, our new preferred pizza vendor

My address was read wrong on the Internet by the employee's at Papa John's and I was blamed for inputting the wrong address. My address automatically populates as N Camp Creek, but the delivery person tried to deliver to Camp Creek N. I never received my order.

Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Couldn't get an ETA on what time the pizza would arrive nor a number to contact the driver. The driver pulled into the job site, turned around and left with my food. So I had to get a refund that's going to take 3-5 business days and starve me and my crew for the rest of the day until we got off of work. Terrible experience and

I’ve been holding out on posting this review but since no help has been provided. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PAPA JOHN’S! THEY GAVE MY FAMILY AND I FOOD POISONING A WEEK AGO‼️🤮
One manager stated he will reach it to corporate to resolve the issue, no response. Then I call today and a smart mouth YN answers the phone and is very objective and non helpful. This establishment is trash, take your money elsewhere. Poor customer service and nasty.
