The food and staff was great. The food was a little slow coming out but not bad. But the AC was so cold I had to change my order to take out so I would freeze to death.

Used to love going to this place because we had a great waiter and excellent service but recently the cooks have been serving disgusting dry overcooked food and new manager is rude.

We walked to the Ruby Tuesday for a dinner meal. There was no wait and the food was very good. Portions were large and more than we could eat.

This was the worst. Should have looked at reviews, but I figured it's Ruby Tuesdays. I ordered the rib eye, not even close to rib eye. It was VERY WELL DONE. Asked for condiments, got nothing. Had the baked potato NO sour cream or butter. Daughters meal had no drink, had to go to the gas station next door. Husbands burger had no lettuce and a 1/4 of a slice of bacon. Ordered at 530pm for pick up at 6pm. No food until 630pm. There were numerous other people waiting for their food. The cook in the back simply rolled out everyone's food on a bussing cart and told everyone here is your food, then walked away. People had to go behind the counter to get there own condiments. Just shut down and be over with it!! Sent an email too! NOTHING will fix this except a refund.

Well, the older reviews were right. I’m not sure how this franchisee keeps up with min. standards..very poorly managed. You can’t blame lack of help everyday and forever. For Ruby Tuesday’s, it’s a disgrace and should change hands. Locals go there, it was busy and close to airport. Our server was also bartender and hostess. Just have just had salad bar as that looked pretty good! Big mistake. Menus aren’t up to date as online had chicken cheesesteak along with other newer items. Server forgot our beers, no refill on water, and my order came back wrong. Had to find one place settings. Sweet potato fries were good and sandwich was fine after it came back. (First one was a fiesta cheesesteak with crushed chips on top. Lol) The rest of the party was done eating. So many better places within sight of this joint. I feel bad for the staff so we still tipped 15%.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn and ordered our dinner to be delivered. The food was excellent and service speedy. When we were missing a few items, the manager, Jeremiah, personally drove the missing items to us (we didn't have a car!) Plus he gave us an additional salmon salad!! Jeremiah knows how to satisfy his customers!!! We'll be back!!

I have not eaten in a Ruby Tuesday's for years and I thought they had all closed. We were staying at a hotel close to Atlanta Airport and this restaurant was the closest to our hotel. It was not very busy when we arrived, so we got seated pretty quickly, our waiter was very nice and friendly. The food was OK nothing special, I would defiantly gone somewhere else if their were other restaurants near by.

Wait was 30-40 minutes with 15-20 people inside. Most tables had plates from prior guest sitting. The smell was disgusting. Didn’t even think to try and stay. Door dash guy had been waiting 40 minutes he said as well.

Ordered with UberEATS pickup. It says they closed at 10:30pm. So ordered 4 meals. It got accepted, and I was notified that my order was ready. Drove 30 mins to Ruby Tuesday. Numerous cars was parked; waiting. I went to the door, but it was locked. Some guy was yelling at the door saying they're closed. I showed him my order confirmation. He left, then came back with some white guy. He told me they closed an hour ago. I told him, so why did my order get accepted. He claimed no one accepted my order and that it didn't show in the system ?. If so, who I'm ordering from. Other ppl are waiting in their cars. This place is unprofessional

I worked for Ruby Tuesday over a decade ago, right after it changed from a roadhouse style restaurant to "Simple Fresh American Dining." I remember butting heads with district managers regarding the shift (downgrade) in product and quality control. From my visit today, I can see they stayed in the picture after I moved on. I walked in where the very nice hostess took my order - a bacon cheeseburger/side fries. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium. When I unwrapped the burger, it seemed to be wet - like, 'ran under the sink' wet. The bun seemed to be dry enough, albeit stale. I figured it was just the juices from the (fresh?) beef they used. I bit into the burger and I may as well have been eating my shoe. It was medium, but the meat had also been frozen before cooking. The only way you can cook frozen beef and have it be at all appetizing is to burn it to well done. I did something I've only done twice in my entire life (and it's halfway over I'm sure) and returned the burger for a replacement. The new burger came out better, but it still tasted like stale potatoes or armpit funk or whatever it is that has saturated Ruby Tuesday's kitchen over the last decade. Do not eat here; there is a perfectly good McDonald's and a Waffle House right across the street, and they can each serve you a burger far more appetizing than the trash can Ruby Tuesday has become. The best part of my experience was the very kind hostess that took my order(s). I do not know her name, but I know she will be moving onto bigger and better things the moment an opportunity comes along - in Ruby Tuesday's case, it may well be that McDonald's or Waffle House across the street. Please Ruby, just hang it up.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and the place was somewhat busy. We were seated pretty quickly and beverages ordered when we sat down. Our waitress was very attentive and took our order once we made our minds up. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. Salad bar was good and was stocked well. Restaurant was clean and we enjoyed our food and waitress did a great job.

East Point Georgia location is a nightmare. This is the WORST Ruby Tuesday's ever. It took an hour and 30 minutes AFTER being seated for us to FINALLY get our food. This was after multiple, multiple mistakes of bringing us the WRONG beverages, advising that they didn't have several items that is on the menu, 30 minutes AFTER the orders were placed, bringing COLD coffee and tea. Everyone’s order came out at different times, several minutes after the other. My niece received her order of chicken tenders and fries 2 HOURS after placing the order. The icing on the cake was being given a top shelf margarita with NO liquor in it. It tasted like very good lemonade. Trust and believe that I know what a top shelf margarita tastes like and what they gave me was NOT it. After asking for a different beverage the assistant manager BRANDON told me, without a care nor concern for customer service, that per policy is that since the beverage was delivered to me I am responsible for paying for it. Additionally, he told me that he prepared the drink himself so he KNOWS that there is liquor in the drink yet he cannot confirm how much liquor was added. Please someone make that make sense. I will never give another cent to this poorly ran establishment. The public would have been better served this location was one of the many that were closed down over the past year. I will be taking my complaints to the corporate office first thing in the morning
