I initially loved the food and fast delivery. But after about my 4th or fifth order I realized the customer service was trash. My last 3 orders have had something missing from the pizzas or had something that shouldn't be there like paper. I literally just pulled paper out my pizza. Also anytime I have called to complain I was greeted with excuses of no that can't be or maybe your not looking welle enough at it. This time I took pics . I love to hear how I made this one up or how that it can't be from them. Which said paper came from under the cheese. I'm done and plan to report to bbb tomorrow morning.

Would not recommend this place, I ordered an Italian sub and it came like a ham sandwich, and a not very well tasting sandwich. We ordered onion rings and never got them. The pizza was not cut. Delivery was super slow took over an hour. We ordered at around 8pm. Didn't get food till after 9pm. My wife's Philly was edible but nothing to talk about... very disappointed. Spent over $50 bucks and I still had to walk over to McDonald's.

This place is 30 minutes from my house, but the food is absolutely worth the drive. The young lady who takes the orders is always nice and patient. But the food though… chef kisses. The only thing I would suggest is changing the fish grease daily.
I ordered my food waited an hour and 30 minutes and they never gave me my food. They gave it to someone else would not give me a refund worst pizza place in Georgia.

I am passing through Atlanta, the hotel I’m staying at had some pamphlets to choose from for delivery. I chose Pizza Valley. It looked to me they had the best prices. I ordered the 8 in turkey sub, the person on the phone suggested it would take 45 min to arrive. The order took around an hour to arrive. The delivery person had no changes and said his money was in the car. I ended up giving a good tip. When I opens the bag the first thing I noticed was the wings were toppled over and the sauce was making a mess, then the drink was not the correct drink. Finally when I took out the sub, I noticed the packaging was wet. I opened up the sub and it was soaked from the juices of the vegetables they put in. Banana peppers and vegetables were falling out of the sub due to the bread being wet. I don’t think I’ll order from here again next time I come through. Also, they do charge a $5.00 dollars delivery fee which was not explained or stated in the conversation when ordering. The total was $25.05 for a $16.00 dollar order.

I have ate here about three times and the last time was the last time! We ordered a Large three topping 15 pc wing deal. We get there, pick up our pizza and I didn’t even check my wings because the bag was stapled but I wasn’t tripping I figured it’s fine nothing will be wrong. We get home and I notice there were only 9 wings so I’m pissed. We live 20 minutes away from them. I call and tell the lady the issue and she says come back and we will recook the wings. Now our pizza will be cold as well since we have to leave the house but of course they don’t care. We get there, the wings were remade and this time there is only 10 so I’m confused. She says the meal I payed for only came with 10 wings and I’m like what? I wouldn’t have came all the way up here for one missing wing are you kidding me. I showed her the deal online and she said that deal is no longer available. I said is this not the deal I ordered? This is the exact same deal you repeated back to me when I placed the order over the phone. Now she’s looking dumbfounded. I was pissed. They will never be getting another dime of our hard earned money. They played us and I’m sure they do it on the regular. They are in our neighborhood collecting our money and could give a rats behind about us and it’s our fault for contributing, but NEVER AGAIN!!!
