Save your time, your money, and your peace. Do Not go to this Ruby Tuesday location. To put it mildly, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining in at a restaurant. A couple of weeks ago I came on a Sunday after church and stood at the front waiting for a host for about 15 minutes. They never came, so we left. We thought it was a fluke and decided to give them another try today. Everything took a long time, we waited about 15-20 minutes for drinks, about another 20-25 minutes for food, which was cold when we received it and came without silverware (which we waited another 10 minutes for), not to mention the fact that my son’s food had hair in it. When we notified the waitress that we were ready for the check, we waited another 15 minutes for it. When she did bring the check, it was the wrong bill, which was almost double our bill. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Update: Taylor, GM of this branch, reached out to me regarding my experience which I was not expecting at all. He was kind enough to make it right which was very appreciated. Zacara was our server yesterday and even though she was only 5 days in to her new job, she had a great spirit and great communication. She was smiles all the time. This was a far better experience that we had and wherever we are in the area, we'll try to stop in for dinner. Thank you again Taylor

Original: The whole experience was just off. We were seated after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come seat us when it was not even busy. Our server started off strong, but became a little lackluster during service. Food took a long time (almost 40 minutes) but I can't blame that on the server. After placing our order for dessert, she immediately came back with the check and asked if we could tip her in cash versus card because she would be taxed on the tip. I found some cash but needed change and she brought back all 20 dollar bills no 5's or 1's. I was planning on leaving 17 because the service wasn't all that great but she was nice. She forgot to get the condiments we asked for but I really had a problem was when we ordered our dessert and she waited 10 minutes to let us know they didn't have it. I got mad about that because why did that take so long to communicate with us and I already had paid for the check by then because she brought it out after we ordered dessert even though we hadnt received it yet (insinuating for us to pay now) . We had to get something I definitely did not want. When I attempted to get change for one of the 20's at the bar, the bartender said she didn't have change even though there is a register right there that most likely had change in it. I have never been to a restaurant or bar where the till is completely empty with no money. So I had to leave a $20 tip for mediocre service.

I ordered on the online app on March 28th, and I was quite disappointed that I paid for the New Orleans Seafood with zucchini and mashed potatoes. However, I did NOT receive my potatoes. I also ordered the Triple Play with a loaded baked potato. Instead, I received a cold plain potato!! I'm highly disappointed!!!

Food was really good and reasonably priced. Service was absolutely horrible. The servers were wandering around acting like they are lost. My table was never checked on by our server, and our drinks were never refilled. We have waited for over 30mins and counting for our checks, and still no server in sight. Go to Waffle House or eat in at Drury Inn.

PAYMENT SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!
Ran a scam on us when it was time to pay the bill. Told us that they had accidentally given some couple our bill, which had now been paid. Showed us the COUPLE'S bill and said the amount was lower than our bill and we could just pay theirs. What we didn't realize as the manager and waitress Chris B.(woman) stood over us, was our real bill already had a tip included in the total amount making it appear more expensive. The other fake bill had a Subtotal of $65.64; our real bill had a Subtotal of $59.20. We were dining with our 2 young grandchildren after a full day at the Zoo. One was already asleep. We just needed to get out of there! BEWARE!

This is hands down the worst Ruby Tuesday location I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service was painfully slow—it took 15 minutes just to get acknowledged. When the food finally arrived, it was a total joke. The so-called “Ribeye” tasted like it was bought from a Dollar Tree—tough, flavorless, and downright awful. Everything about this place was disappointing. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money here.
