Sat with my family waiting 35 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. People Who walked in after us were being served. Walked out with nothing.

So we came in the door around 8:30 pm at night and you know everyone is tired after working all day ready to go home. Well not this staff they treated you like they just opened the door. Michael the manager greeted us with so much hype he was so sweet. Then he introduced us to Rain another angel in this house she was very sweet. She is the bartender but weren't drinking my husband had a cherry coke with whipped cream and I had water. Then Michael introduced us to our server Ty he was amazing too. The food was just the food but these people were amazing they made this restaurant a great experience. May you keep being blessed with these people. Love from a traveler.

Shanika J. was amazing as our server. She managed the to be the host and take tables during a busy Christmas service. I’m an EC at a well known country club who knows hospitality and her service was exceptional especially with the circumstances.

Rachael was amazing! Even tho they were short staffed she managed to keep it all flowing like clock work.
The sever Rachel was very self centered and rude. She never stayed at her station long enough to help any of us that was waiting on some kind of service from her. Because every time I looked up she was somewhere walking off talking on her phone while paying customers were waiting. I even seen a few of Rachel's customers get up and get what they needed. And I didn't know that the bartender is allowed to drink alcoholic beverages while working. And I seen this. I even heard her giving out the wrong information to a veteran about discounts. Rachel was short with him. I really didn't appreciate it at all . This man has served our country. And I noticed that when we asked her a question instead of her listening she would talk over what us as a customer was asking.

Rachel provided us the Best Customer service. Food was delicious. But Rachel made the experience off the chain. She was friendly, kind and very welcoming. She even got me to try a new drink and I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. We live about 50 miles from here, but because of her great customer service we decided that we will be back to this location and it's all because of Rachel. Kudos to her. Best customer service that we've received in a while ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😁
