I often purchase cake from Sammies. And I find it to be amazing. Now I had my coworker purchase 2 cakes for my special persons birthday. He put in the order on line, and realized he spelled the name wrong. He went to the store on Thursday, and asked the young lady were the cakes made she replied no with an attitude. He told her that there was a mistake in the spelling of his name. She did and undate, and told him it was taken care of, but when he picked up the cakes Yesterday name was still spelled wrong. I called this morning and asked the young lady could I speak with a manager. but insisted on helping me, when I explained to her what happened she took my info so the manager could call me back. Adrian called, and I told him what happened. He asked me could I come to the store to fix the cake. I asked him was the name updated in the system and he said yes. So why was there still a mistake, and wanted to further aggravated me by asking me to come back, I told him my event started at 5 and I was at work. He asked could I have someone bring it. I didn't have that either. He said he would call his boss and ask if he could deliver cakes if I gave him the address. Where was the solution. I am pissed off at this, because I had to use a cake where his name was spelled wrong. His name is Jemal, but they put Jermal. Money wasted.

I just wanted to let you know that the red velvet cake with nuts was awwesome. It was moist and delicious. I even left it in the fridge for a few days by accident and when I ate it, it was delicious. I will mention that whoever decorated my cake could use some more classes on decorating. I am referring my friend so I hope they do a better job on her 80th birthday cake.

The cakes are smaller but he is charging more the bottom layer is very thin they cut smaller not agood bang for your buck and icing is and cakes are falling apart not because they are warm but miss handle 😉

But this particular time, I got a slice of biscoff cake and the texture was like sugar dissolving on my tongue, INSTANT tooth ache. Same with the red velvet it’s like it got way too sweet. What happened?!
