I think people get the Starbucks locations mixed up. This one is inside the target store. This Starbucks is my favorite. The girl on the cash register is truly a refresher in the morning. She doesn’t make me feel weird that I like my ice water flavored with vanilla. She needs a raise and promotion ASAP. This location is the best hands down.

Shout out to the ladies at this location. I stopped by on Weds 4/30 around 1 PM and their service was amazing. I haven’t been to Starbucks in a while and they let me know that the matcha has changed so my drink would taste different. They recommended some modifications and went above and beyond when they definitely didn’t have to.

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to in the area. You will always wait 30 minutes or more for your drink, they are always out of half the menu and the staff always has an attitude. Didn't feel like driving further and stopped by here expecting something different, but no, still the same.

I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes and barely moved. Cascade moves much faster. This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the area. I never made it to place an order.

Came at 6pm and they close at 8 and they were already cleaning I asked for a strawberry açaí refresher they’re out of lemonade asked for something else and they’re out of oat milk and sandwiches 😂 I understand closing 30 mins early but almost 2 hours is ridiculous yall are literally inside target

The demeanor over the drive thru speaker was not as jovial as I Am accustomed to I live in Cobb and work off cascade that Starbucks is exemplary and they have an amazing vibe when u enter
This particular day I wanted a medicine ball No ingredients to make it I said a tall Frappuccino no ingredients
She didn’t suggest another drink not apologetic
Just rude and smug Times are hard when someone patronizes a business you don’t know what it took to do so

Easily the best starbucks ever!! The staff is super friendly and the drinks and never disappoint me. They're exceptionally fast, the drinks are ALWAYS made correctly, and my food is actually how it should be be when I get it. I can't stop coming back to this one because I always leave with a smile after interacting with their staff. I won't be going to any other starbucks anymore.

They started out the day with no cold brew. The day before only one person working and line very long. If the staff is not up to par, why are they open? Pls help this lication?

This Starbucks is always out of something. I always order a white chocolate mocha and a pumpkin loaf from any other store with no problem. Every time I have tried to order at this location , they don’t have one or the other. Plus, the employees aren’t friendly or are distracted talking to each other.

Only giving it 2 stars because the drinks were made correctly. Other than that I experienced poor customer service today. The cashier didn’t greet customers nor was he welcoming. I went back for a second drink and both times I received the same unsatisfactory service. People were getting out of line since the servers were taking their time making the orders, they had no sense of urgency about themselves. This will be my first and last visit.
