This Starbucks is always out of something. I always order a white chocolate mocha and a pumpkin loaf from any other store with no problem. Every time I have tried to order at this location , they don’t have one or the other. Plus, the employees aren’t friendly or are distracted talking to each other.

Only giving it 2 stars because the drinks were made correctly. Other than that I experienced poor customer service today. The cashier didn’t greet customers nor was he welcoming. I went back for a second drink and both times I received the same unsatisfactory service. People were getting out of line since the servers were taking their time making the orders, they had no sense of urgency about themselves. This will be my first and last visit.

Last Sat 9/30/23 I stood in line for about 12 min. The line was out the door and when I finally got to the register the young man that was at the register walked away to grabbed his phone. He stood there looking in his phone. Then he went to the back. When I asked the young lady that was next to him, " will be be back?" She looked at me but never answered me, so I left because I was on a lunch break and I had to get back to work . This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

This is by far the worst Starbucks there is on Camp Creek (and there's only two). The customer service at this Starbucks is horrible. The few times I have patronized this location the employees always have an attitude. They also are not the cleanest.

The Young man on 1/7/23 inside Target was not very welcoming very blunt and seemed as if I was a bother my sandwich was so hot I let it cool 30 minutes while running errands it was still hot I will only order when the young lady’s are there they display great customer service and makes the best coffees/ teas and my sandwiches have never been that hot fresh but not tongue burning young man may need more training/ supervision repeat customer with limits now Starbucks Target

I was short for time today and desperately needed a coffee. Nicole the stores manager made my whole milk flat white for me and it was delicious. Thank you Nicole for seeing my need for coffee and limited time. You clearly have master customer service.
