We placed an order thru the app and tried to change our order while going thru the drive thru line. We were told the drink was already made and could not be changed. So we ordered another drink to be added to the order. Then we were treated with extreme rudeness when we asked for the drink that we ordered originally. We paid for it already! It was not in fact already made. And the woman at the window just stared rudely at us when she finally gave it to us. I have NEVER experienced...
