Beware: I visited this Subway on Monday, September 1, 2025, around 6:30 PM.
My sub was made and I went to pay. The monitor did not display the price. The card machine went straight to the tip screen before showing any total. I added a tip, still expecting to see the price, but there were no posted prices next to the sub I ordered either.
I thought, it’s Subway—one sub should not cost more than $10. At the register, I asked for a receipt. The employee acted as though the printer was out of paper, so I left assuming all was fine.
Later at the laundromat, I got a card notification. The charge was $21.80 for one sub, one cookie, and a fountain drink. I also noticed a message that the vendor may update the amount within 24 hours, so I waited. The next day, Tuesday, September 2, the final charge remained $21.80.
This is unacceptable. Either this location is price gouging or outright committing fraud. I will be reporting this to the BBB and the Attorney General’s Office.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and still have my Subway rewards card, but this experience was extremely disappointing

The men that worked when I ordered my sandwich were very kind, and the store was clean. And the food inspection score was 96 if I’m not mistaken. I’ll be sure to visit this store again. And my tuna sandwich was great!

The absolute worst subway that can ever exist. None of them barely speak any English, and they are straight crabs when it comes to giving you what you want on your sandwich example I asked for lettuce and they sprinkled it on there like they were feeding a bird. Run for The Hills do not go to this location. They are absolutely terrible and none of their soup is fresh. They literally pulled it out of the refrigerator and it was already made. Lord knows how many days it was in that fridge. This subway location needs to shut down, it is complete trash. nothing is fresh need I say that he gave me three cucumbers on a foot-long sub absolutely ridiculous. I had to go back and get the rest of my vegetables to put on my sandwich because he did not make my sub right. He was more worried about bossing everybody else around of his employees. This is a terrible franchise. I would hate to work there let alone eat there never again.

This location has a poor employee service, this employee didn't ask if I wanted the bread toasted or wanted the cheese melted. Then they barely put vegetables on sandwich along with black pepper!

I guess I will.give up on Subway there are no stores near the airport that accepts the coupons that comes in OUR neighborhood paper. This says a lot without saying MUCH!!!!!!!!!

This is ridiculous. I’m sitting eating this sandwich, wondering I’m going to taste the chicken. However, it looks as if I ordered a bacon sandwich! The meat I did find in it was mushy. DO NOT EAT HERE. POINT. BLANK.
Bite into the sandwich and it tasted like old bread spilt it out and the bread was molded call to make a complaint and the guy that answered the phone acted like he didn't speak any English. I will never eat there again disgusting

I ordered 3 footlongs and they only gave the dasher 2. Your only job is to make sandwiches. How the hell do you forget a whole sandwich. They real special over there if you know what i mean. First and last time.
