We came at 9:30pm hoping to get a late dinner after a long flight, only for them to reject us saying they are already “close.” BUT the signs and Google all say close at 10pm daily. They were a few others that attempted..so they just lost business and respect right there.

In the subway app, it says your order is ready for pick up, but when I went to the store, there is nothing they started preparing when i arrived at there store.

The workers there are rude!!! Especially the old Indian man with the glasses. As I walked in, I was the only person in line. He didn’t say hello or anything. He just looked at me. I waited patiently for 3 minutes waiting to be served and he just ignored me. He acted as if I wasn’t there. At that point, I just walked out and went to Arby’s.

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would. We walked in and nobody greeted. Grabbed a receipt and asked if it was our order. At this time I really started looking around. And saw a dirty store. There were roaches scurrying to get out of sight. Don’t eat here. Bad customer service and filthy

Came in for lunch. Saw a cockroach crawl across the sandwich preparation station, the worker just brushed it on the floor like nothing and kept on trying to make my meal. The guy was beyond rude and didnt care about the bug infestation in the restaurant! I left right away in disgust. Do not eat here. Place should be shut down. Can only imagine how filthy it us in the back. ZERO STARS

So rude. I came in he said he was too busy to help me because he had too many online orders. I said I’m ok with waiting, he proceeded to yell at me and every customer that came in afterwards and said he had no time to help anyone and that he was too busy with online orders come back another time. He said if I waited 5 to 10 minutes, he would help me. I waited almost 20 minutes before I left after hearing him yell at more customers who came in to patron his store. I have never ever been treated so rude by the owners of a subway. Subway (corporate), you need to investigate this store. Very poorly run very rude to its customers.

There was a family in there before me and clearly they were highly upset and annoyed with the service and how long it took and I deserved everything until how annoyed they were but I brushed it off because that that was their experience. I then proceeded to order my sub and in the midst of me ordering my sub one of the male employees I would think he's the manager started to make tongue movements at me with his tongue in a sexual manner in the midst of that I lost my whole appetite and did not want to eat their furthering letting the manager know that not only did I think that was disrespectful but it was uncalled for. They have lost my business now and going forward. Who conducts theirselves in that such a manner

DISGUSTING!!!! DO not go to subway on Virginia ave . I worked at a subway for 2 years so I KNOW when something is old . They gave me old bread with cheese breaking off bread like freaking chips !!!!! U should be ashamed of yourselfs!!!

Horrible place, they use out0dated spinach, I saw them picking out some rotten spinach and trash it, then serve customers. I had a diarrhea after I ate the sandwich bought from this SUbway restaurant. I'll never to go back again

Very rude ppl own that place. I came in at 9:15 because their hours posted state rent close at 10. The owner shouted we’re closed in my face when clearly it says otherwise. Disrespectful to customers is a no no. And to yell at a woman like that is tasteless and low life

The food is good (you basically make it yourself, very hard to mess up) but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I was not acknowledged at all when i came in. There was no one else in the store but me and two employees but I had to wait 20 minutes before anybody said a word to me and it was only because I spoke first. When I asked the male employee if they were just doing just online orders or closing early since I had just be standing there and he said they were "busy", again there was no one there but ME and he wasn't actually doing anything but walking back and forth. The male employee that was there gave me nasty stares from the time i walked in and the female employee snatched my coupon and refused to acknowledge anything I was saying to her at the register to the point I had to get loud for her to even respond. 1/10 would NOT recommend going to this subway if you don't want to be looked at weird and blatantly ignored.

This is the worst subway I ever went to and they were acting racist to me and my 7 month pregnant daughter. We come in and they wouldn't even acknowledge us. Then after asking are we going to get service they said they don't take coupons because they don't give out anything for free.
