Had a mobile order, had ordered it 15 mins prior to being on my way just to get to taco bell to be told they don’t have beef and only chicken. Then I said what can you make then they proceed to say “really just a drink” horrible. I will never be coming back to this location

It was so busy that all the manager could do was stand at the cash register and complain about people calling out, meanwhile 4 guests were waiting for food in the dining room while at least 7 cars went through the window after I ordered. The whole reason I'm writing this review in the first place is the blatant lack of standards. The before mentioned manager was informed they were out of medium lids. This woman procedes to fill a medium cup, plop it in a large, slap a lid on it and hand it to me. Only problem is, I didn't notice until I started drinking. Now my sprite has leaked inbetween the two cups effectively contaminating my whole drink with whatever was on that womans hands. This was a disappointment. Shout out to the chefs who were dealing with the complaining and still slinging out the grub!

This is the worst Taco Bell I've EVER eaten. They took 20 minutes for my food. I needed to use the bathroom. I asked a manager to open the men's room while she went into the woman's facility. This trick would not let me use the restroom. DO NOT EAT THERE!

They don’t add ingredients that you PAY for. This happens more than too often. The only thing asking of those very nice individuals that work there is to please give people what they pay for because this isn’t the first, second, third, fourth time happening. It’s been more times than that

I don’t know what happened to this place but something definitely happened because the service has gone from 0 to 1000. These people are always making my food fresh. The customer service is always on point. I’m always greeted with a nice attitude, it’s just very uncommon to find this in fast food, especially in this area. I have to give props! I do. This is like one of the best fast food restaurants in the city of Atlanta. And the big part is, they are consistent with it. I have come here in the daytime middle of the day nighttime late night and every time it is always the same good food good service.
They seemed short staffed maybe. Workers were nice but clearly overwhelmed. Everyone had to order at the kiosk as no one was available to take orders at the counter. We waited 45 minutes for our order. Food was disgusting and I threw all of it out except for the potatoes and my drink.

I will never go back to this taco bell ever again. I went and bought a Mexican taco and a couple minutes after eating I got very itchy and broke out into hives all over my body. I had to immediately go to the hospital during to the fact my tongue started bumping up and swelling. I called corporate and no one has gotten back to me after this occasion. Someone is not clean and properly handling food. Im not allergic to anything and have never experienced nothing like this. I had to go to the hospital 2 days in a row and get shots.

It’s a hit or miss with this Taco Bell, especially with delivery, they’re always running out of stuff early and giving you whatever. Don’t make a modification cause they’re not even going to look at it. The girls at the windows are always nice but the preparation could be better.
