I bought 2 Mexican pizzas and some other tacos WHEN I TELL YOU THE MEXICAN PIZZAS ARE $7 A PIECE AND INEDIBLE THE PIZZAS TASTED NASTY AF LIKE THE GROUND BEEF WAS BURNT ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I WILL NOT BE BACK WASTED MY DAMN MONEY!!!

I spent $35 at Taco Bell. I ordered a #9 with chicken. The pizza had chicken ok, the tacos had beef, wrong. Spoke to Rico he said, I should have asked for chicken on the tacos. Really, it's common sense Rico. You (Rico) need to learn how to communicate effectively as well as your staff. Stop blaming the customers, and your staff for your mistakes.

I was skeptical because over the years the service & food have been less than desirable. HOWEVER, TODAY WAS GOOD DAY!!! The tacos were HEAVY (just the way we like it & WORTH EVERY DIME SPENT!) The young lady who took our order & gave us our items was JAZZY, SASSY & PROFESSIONAL!!! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I will be back & update accordingly!!! KUDOS ....YALL DID THAT TUH-DAY ????
Good food & service today. Big guy working drive thru in the afternoon very courteous, good communication and my order was right. Went in to use restroom & place was clean too & same guy greeted me loudly upon entering. ?? Only thing was couple customers was doing way way waaaaay too much PDA in the front but I guess that's not establishment's fault...
Terrible... held the line, put 6/7 tacos in my bag with no sauce. When I came back, waited in line another 20 mins just get sauce. Wouldn't even give me a complementary drink
