Can't say enough good things about Taco Pete! The shrimp tacos are my weakness! The hot sauce!? *Chefs Kiss* The only improvement that could possibly be made is with the ordering, they don't answer the phone often for call ins and when you order online there is an additional fee tacked on that is labeled as a tip but is not actually a tip to the employees

I gave another restaurant in east point a try. Another one failed. The chicken tacos were subpar, no explosive flavor at all. I asked if the guacamole was freshly made they said fresh from the store. (LOL) The French fries was good though. Back to grant park for my Mexican food. If you know which one you know good food.

This place is family owned in the heart of East point! The house wings were incredible! The wings have some type of mystery sauce flavor on them that tastes like a hint of pork skins, bbq, asian flavors combine! Very unique taste. Very good. All of their food is fresh, cook to order! They have burgers and tacos as well!! This is one of my favorite places to big back! They have bar-like outdoor seating but no restrooms for customers😁 They close early so Doordash before 7pm! Happy Eating !
So I literally just left from here and sorry to say is the tacos are not good they do not taste Authentic at all . I would not recommend getting tacos from here . I would say go to an Authentic Mexican restaurant for Authentic tacos . The steak is that shredded steak places put on Phillys not quality steak . I’m just disappointed at myself for even wasting $30 dollars here for food and on top of that waiting 39 mins for my food .

As for the East Point location, I cannot understand how the Taco Bell survives across the street from Taco Pete. The shrimp taco is my favorite. Check them out.

So consistent, great cascading you’re feeling nostalgic get the nachos with chili. Wings are also tasty, I love the lemon pepper and bbq. Their taco sauce is unique, always get extra. My favorite tacos are hard shell chicken and soft shrimp. The renovation is great and allows more people to sit out side. Been going here for almost a decade. Sad they closed the one in Hapeville but glad this one is refreshed and open.
