What can you say, it is the waffle house. It was pretty busy for a late afternoon, however when you want breakfast go to the waffle house. Service was good. There was a rain storm so I sat longer than I normally would. I didn't feel rushed to leave. The computer system went down and they were unable to process cards. Thankfully I had cash.
After a certain point in the evening, this location switches to carry out only. So not only is it Waffle House to begin with (I love Waffle House, but I'm under no illusions that it's five Star dining), but take out is never as good. Also, it was twice the price of I think any Waffle House I've ever been to. I don't know if that's because it's an Atlanta location, or what, but I was shocked that our normally $20ish meal came out to over 50 bucks.
Ok, this is going to be a little weird. We were stranded overnight at the Atlanta airport and wanted something to eat. We killed time by getting an uber or something to this Waffle House at like 3 AM. They didn’t seat anyone inside. You had to order at the window and wait in the parking lot for the food, which was actually pretty good. We weren’t the only people standing outside.
