Just close this location down. 20 percent for food orders to go and your only doing to go orders. Just close your doors at this point. Stop taxing for bullshit. You are a waffle house not a steak house.

Cook this morning horrible,! Just left out. I always get good service when I go to waffle house. Order completey messed because serve not listening Bacon egg Texas toast no cheese and grits waffle. So cook salvages food but instead of using spoon swipes grits with gloved hand ...retraining needed.

I went and order some food last night for my mom I got a T bone well and I ask for over easy eggs my eggs was not cooked the way I ask my roast was hard I ordered my mom chicken and eggs and her chicken was cooked to hard and dried out maybe that’s what I get for going at the end of the shift if they was closed that’s all they had to say was they was closed and I could’ve took my business else where but don’t worry I won’t ever come back to this location it’s sad that customers can’t never get what they ask for I spent to much money for my order not to be right

I go to Waffle House in Eastpoint off of Main St. I'm in a rush I'm on my way to work. I go inside behind a young gentleman. Immediately the crew greeted the young man. No one greeted me at all. I get in the to go order line behind the young man, the crew member serviced him impressively. So she called his order in she didn't say I'll be right with u nothing like that I was invisible. So I'm standing there waiting and the African lady on the grill just out the middle of no where starts having a store meeting everyone just stops no more movement Smh. So I ask the another crew member. Can I order please? Everyone looked as if I'm crazy and not move nor respond. I come to that Waffle House all the time when the old crew was there and they were an All Star team. SHOUT OUT Ms.Sweerheart, Gm Marquis(I hope I spelled it correctly) and the entire crew at that time. Now service there is terrible. They were moving like sloths smh. As I said I come to that Waffle House all the time. Now it's used to, I will never be back to waste my time. I hope Waffle House gets a better crew and manager, because if not, They will never keep any customers. Just as today, very slow and it was always busy a few months ago 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔

I don't know what happened to waffle House but they just went all the way down hill over the last few years. And they become a ridiculously expensive. Also the employees like to profile customers. And a lot of attitude
