So i just came up there to pick up my order and I got a bacon cheese potato and chilli I get it and get fries and my chilli then tell them its wrong and then they get my order wrong again and gave me my potato with chicken nuggets and fries I was supposed to have a bacon cheese potato and chilli it said it clear as day on the receipt they gave me im highly irritated just wanted my food

The worst customer service. Food takes forever they wouldn’t give me straws while i waited 6 minutes for them to play around! They gave me attitude because they had the out of chicken, tender, sign over the menu item. Horrible communication and attitude. And food was cold still. Crazy!

This is the worst Wendy’s location in my opinion. I waited 15 minutes in line to be helped by a young woman who clearly didn’t want to work. The restaurant is extremely dirty, and the kitchen is covered in grease everywhere—grease that’s been stuck there for months. This place should be inspected.

I was in a hurry Saturday and needed something quick. I did a drive through. The young lady at the first windows probably needs a little bit more training in credit card charges. BUT let me tell you I ordered a Dave burger, it was sooo good and the fries was delicious. I don't know who's the manager there, but whomever it is, They need to go to the store on cascade, And teach those people how to make a burger, their burgers are horrible. Their food is horrible. I will be back to camp creek. Sad because cascade store is 3mins from my house. KUDOS TO CAMP CREEK WENDY'S 🏕
