Service is horrible . Like why? You applied for the job why be upset because we are spending our money ! So boom , I did a online order KEEP IN MIND all the lady said was drive around SO I DID TO THE FIRST WINDOW instead of you can pull to the next window the lady with the short red wig and glasses just shuts the window in my face so I just assumed and pulled up ! Get to the second I say “ Heyy how are you going ?” Response “ good” nothing back just “good” if you don’t want to be there do make the people who are spending there money suffer I was having a great Sunday morning and they just irritated me. Because I’m like why? Why be so rude? Why come to work with an attitude? Why not be professional where the company gives you a paycheck . I know this is not going to be seen or cared for in just did it for the people who actually look at reviews

Hello. I’m a concerned customer. Every day I visit this Wendy’s during my commute to use the restroom. Every day I see an old man (looks about 80 years old) cleaning both restrooms. Today I decided to ask him why he is always the one to clean the restrooms and he responded with “ I sometimes have to use the restroom and no one else in the building will clean it.” That is unfortunate to not work as a team and rotate the responsibility of cleaning the restroom for the employees and customers. If nothing is done, my next move is to contact corporate because that has to be some form of elderly employee abuse. God bless.

Went thru your drive thru around 10:30 pm on 3-10. Am African American guy with a pink bread told me to move forward then backup. I asked why, he said to keep their time down. Mind u the line is already long and now I want me to do what… I told him no, o pulled forward after he said he would bring my food out. 3 cars later O never got my food, he yells out the drive thru window, now I gonna backup to get your food. Heck no, I asked for a refund. Will NOT be back and Im reporting this location to corporate.

This Wendy's can be a hot ass mess. The last time I came to this location I went inside. I could smell the burnt grease as soon as I walked in. The oil from the fryers definitely needed to be changed. From the smell of it the oil probably hasn't been changed for a good couple days. The staff wasn't rude but very unorganized. The line kept building up getting longer and longer and no one's order had been taken for like 15mins. The manager was there and wasn't even trying to take a dine in order. It was like watching a shit show everyone running around. I think if the manager played his role better it wouldn't have gotten so bad. He needs to know how to delegate and not have his employees take him for a joke because one boy he kept telling to do stuff wasn't paying him no mind at all and kept thinking everything was a joke. In order for things to run smoothly it starts from the top.

Service was terrible. Long wait to order, long wait to receive food, and only half of what we ordered was included. We had to try to get someone back to the window to ask for the rest of the food. When we finally got the attention of a young man and told him what was missing, he continued what he was doing with no response. After at least 10 minutes, he asked someone else to prepare our food. Another long wait for someone to bring it to us. Ridiculous. We won't be back.

Soon as 2 bags were handed to us through the window, the male turned and went to the back of the store. Never to return. We left without our 3rd meal. Be aware of this location. Not honorable staff.

I've only ever used the drive-through, but staff is always pleasant and efficient. The order is correct and fresh. When I need a fast bite in the area, it is my go-to spot.

i went through the driveway today ordered 2 large chilis a large fry and 2 4 peice chicken nuggets we recieved 1 order of our nuggets no spoons for our chili very rude customer service and the wait time was so long should be ashamed of how you guys treat people especially your own kind
