Ordered 20 min in advance on the app. Still had to wait 25 min more after telling them I was there. Bathroom wasn't clean. Stall out of service, no paper towels.

If I could give zero stars I would. This store needs new management. I ordered a large Mobil order at 8am today at 8:50am the employee at the window asked me what do I mean about when would the order will be ready? She was making the biscuits now. How can you be making biscuits at 8 :50 for an order that was paid at 8 am.
She was rude and disrespectful a heavy set woman then she called another lady who was tall and skinny who tried to explain to me that she has 10 to 15 min for the biscuits to cook and told me it is my fault that I placed a large order.
Unbelievable! So disrespectful and rude. I couldn’t get the order or my money back! This employees must be retrained! Corporate must come and do a visit because this is unbelievable. So bad! I will never visit this store again. I love Wendy’s. Someone needs to retrain this people and fire the manager!!!

When I pulled up to the second window the lady asked me to pull up a little and then back up. I did, and then she said it got me off of her timer. I did not get a receipt for my order. The chicken sandwich was hot. The fries were cold. My sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise, too much. It only had one singular small pickle slice. I won't be back.

Horrible... water 45min in drive thru for a dry sandwich... wasn't offered no incentives for our wait... Horrible. The young lady said it's because people don't wanna work. I say, close the store while you get things in order and open next day🤷🏿♀️

Insanely long wait in the drive thru. Over 30 minutes and then no acknowledgment when I got to the intercom. The lady behind me was loud enough to be heard by the staff, but they just asked that we continue to hold. I left and there was no one ahead. The staff in the first window just looked at me. Such an incredible failure of management and communication
