There is no consistency in regard to ordering online with the sauce. They only give you ONE sauce for a while 10-piece which is insane. And sometimes they will give you two . Try might have changed management recently so the wings have been bigger , but it’s not consistent . I have repeatedly ordered from this place and each time is like playing Russian roulette with either how big my wings are or am I going to get only one sauce or two.

Walked in to get my order the order was ready. As I wanted an extra ranch the lady at the counter asked me if I would do a survey for a free one. I said sure. The survey was done. Walked to my car to enjoy my food because I come to this location ATLEAST once a week. Opened my boneless wings and they were fried HARD! Like they possibly were cooked twice. I went back to the restaurant and they told me that was normal. I eat here too much for them to say that so they wouldn’t recook them or they would be “raw”. Won’t be coming back! Forced to do a survey only to be refused brick hard wings.

My original order was placed 1/7, the front counter guy was AMAZING! What brought this rating down was KIM. I called in 1/8 to inform them of the very poor food quality, and was told to come for a remake. The staff that was there when the original order was placed was there and I dealt with them, Kim decided that she would inject herself into situations she had no knowledge of, I informed her that I was not talking to, nor would I be speaking to her about an issue she was not privy to, she proceeds to argue and threaten me, I asked for the store managers name and he's, she refused to give it..Tommy, another manager told her to give her name since a customer asked and she still refused..I truly hope upper management sees this, I'll also be reaching out to Ms. Myers concerning her staffing choices. You may want to rethink your decision in patronizing this location.

Ordered lemon pepper wings. Had absolutely no flavor at all. Not even salt and pepper. Tasted as if they were fried in old oil. I’ll never give this store my money again
I've been going to Wingstop at marketplace for 5 year's straight this is the second time that I gotten old wings when I order a 20 piece all flat 10-piece fried corn they give me a free french fry because I did the survey the game that they play they would put the old wing's on the bottom put the fresh wing's on the top so when you look at your order you don't even realize how old those wings are until you get to the 🏡 and you try to eat it I'm disappointed because I'm paying $45 💵💵 for old meat I have never disrespect Wingstop employee's but yet they are trained to give paying 💵💵 customer's like me old meat because they have cook too much of it and they need to get rid of the old meat because Wingstop doesn't want to lose any 💵💵 by throwing out old meat they just refry it sell it to 💵💵 customer's like me 👎👎👎👎👎

The staff at this location is very unprofessional and the quality of the food was very poor. I eat at various Wing Stop locations from time to time but this was by far the WORST experience ever! Customer service is at an all time low these days…
If you want your food in a timely manner, go elsewhere. No one gets points for precooked food. There is no reason to take 50 damn minutes on a mobile order with a full crew with basic motor functions. “It’s coming” “it’s being sent out” but 30 minutes later im still here with no food. Just run.

I ordered from here on Uber eats and my food was never delivered. According to the restaurant it was taken by my driver but the driver says they didn't get it. Restaurant refused to re-make my order and cancelled it after almost 2 hours. Highly suspicious and annoying.

Please Beware!!!!! Do not I repeat Do not order from this location on Door Dash or Online, The staff sucks, they told me that my order had been picked up and my Dasher had not arrived!!! In the app it stated they were preparing the food. I called the employee hung up on me my first call. 2nd call she pretended she couldn’t hear me. 3rd call from a different number she answered perfectly no issues then when I asked about my order she laughed and gave the phone to a man who stated my order was stolen. Please keep in mind my Dasher had not arrived yet! When my dasher arrived they cancelled my order!!! I try to spend my money in my community but stuff like this happens and staff is all giggles. Not realizing what the people on the ordering in are experiencing!!! My Children came home late due to car issues and needed to eat before rushing to bed, but because of the lack of decency for the job that pays them they are too busy to actually work and check the Dasher information before handing over orders they put my family in a horrible situation!!!!! SO PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!

I just ordered online came in and picked up my order. There was only 3 employees. When i tell you my order might not have been the best I’ve had from this location because I’ve had better from this exact location but omg the employees were awesome. The teamwork i witnessed in the back with one female and one male was absolutely great to see. They worked together so well. The young lady dropped fries and tenders and male prepared the wings. They did an awesome job. I was so proud to see how hard they worked to get orders prepared. I watched the screen as online, DoorDash and uber eats orders popped up. They didn’t let that discourage them. They kept going and had greatttttt attitudes. Even the older lady at the front is so pleasant and diligent with making sure she communicates to them in the back. I loved the work ethic i experienced today on 10/29 @ 5:54pm. I think they should be championed for sure!! I will surely be coming back!!
