I walked in the girl said hello and walked behind the register and started taking my order. Then when I went to get my drink I noticed how dirty it was in there. The floor was slippery and the Coca Cola machine was filthy. The sweet tea was empty. When I sat down to eat the table was dirty. I cleaned it off and the chef saw me and got a towel to clean it. The counter on side of register had trash on it. The tables along the wall by the kitchen had boxes and clothes on it. It seems like the girl on register was distracted by her phone. I didn’t eat my food after seeing the condition the waiting area. I could only imagine the condition of the kitchen. And when my chicken was done frying the chef had to tell the girl to toss the chicken tenders in the flavors. And pack the food. She was on her phone when he told her and she did not wash her hands before handling the food. Never going back again.

very unprofessional. Unorganized and poor atmosphere. I waited an hour and 40 minutes for my order at the one hour mark I inquired about the status of my order upon realizing that everyone had walked in and placed their orders. Online had got their order before mine you ordered online, an hour and 45 minutes prior to me asking about my order. The manager rudely stated that he was not in the kitchen but outside handing out the bags this place seemed more concerned with DoorDash orders than the customers that came in or place the orders online finally my order the manager said he was happy to get me out of his sight place no one answered your questions with any type of respect and whoever the short guy if he is very disrespectful, not visiting this location again

The service is so terrible at this location, i rarely eat at Wingstop anymore. Something is always missing or incorrect with order, and staff always has the worse attitude when asked to correct. Terrible, classless, unprofessional service.

Tried WS for the first and last time, STOPis what I'll be doing. Items left out, of order and because its was taped closed I didn't check it. Boneless wings are a joke and rip-off . Campcreek location isn't very impressive. Won't ever be back.

I’m not gonna lie. I was a little disappointed today. I eat with y’all guys all the time. This is my favorite store but the chicken tenders that I just got and the corn I don’t know how long either one of these have been sitting before you gave them to me, but this chicken is so tough I can barely even bite through it. You can literally look at the food and tell especially chicken when it has been sitting for a while, and the only thing that you guys did was through the sauce of my choice on top of it and gave it to me and then there not even warm smh I’m so pissed right now. Tenders more the corn is the lest bit warm and both dried out

My chicken sandwich was fried so hard I almost broke my tooth. I waited 30 mins to a hour, just for a sandwich. The manager stated that’s how long it takes for the sandwich it was horrible I don’t recommend

This store is the worst ever. I came in with my child who really wanted it, It was my first time ever in a wingstop. Once in the store one big girl worker was laying on the table doing facetime, the other 3 girls that was there went outside and was at a guys car that was selling things out of his trunk. 4 customers walked in the order and Tay... finally came back in to take the orders. It was plenty of things to do in the store it was dirty and need to be cleaned up and things needed to be wiped down, floor needed to be moped and all. Now why I called the store today and asked for a manager and the guy that gave the person the phone said " why do they want to speak to a manager" When this fool Jona... got on the phone I said " why are you asking the guy that gave you the phone why they want to speak to a manager you don't so that is not professional at all. Never will I go back but I did tell them that I had to come that way today... not to go in that store but to another location and will see what they got going on... lol so sad
