This place is now my go to place to eat it has something for everyone in my family. No kids sizes but they can share. The wings were so delicious. My daughter loved her cheese burger. When I walked in I wanted to be able to buy one of everything.

Came in ordered at 11:19 AM and did not receive any food until 11:52 AM. About 15 minutes of placing my order and a full lobby with people also waiting on their food, the cashier (very kind) informed us that the cooks JUST arrived and we should be receiving our food shortly. The Asian man who I can only assume is the owner/manager showed his face several moments before the cashier even communicated this to us, and did not acknowledge the situation or the SEVERAL guests. He simply shifted responsibility of blame to his black female cashier. When I asked to speak to him after receiving food he was gone, so we were all stuck waiting on rushed food, at this point, with no option of getting a refund. I will not be back here.

I will say this is my first time and experience in a WNB Factory, I didn't get a chance to look at the whole exact menu but I already knew what I wanted when I walked in. When it comes to ordering Wings they have a odd number of wing combos that you can get, they have a 5-piece, 8-piece 12-piece and you can get that in a combo with freeze onion rings or some type of fried rice. Their number combos of wings seems a bit off to me but I guess that's how they operate as a business. I noticed when I walked in it seemed like they had some kind of flood issue or something going on the floors were wet with a wet floor sign but other than that it didn't take long for my order to get ready also the cashier seemed like she was a little irritated however when I got my food she was really a sweetheart she was probably having a bad morning to start off. Overall my food was delicious and if I'm in the Camp Creek area I'll definitely stop back and try something else on their menu.

Parking: The parking lot is totally free and depending on what time of day there is depends on the parking situation.

I ordered a burger all they put on it was lettuce and if I would have read the reviews I would have never eaten there looks like this has been going on for a few months and management doesn't seem to care corporate will be contacted

LAST WEEK, my brother ordered burgers for us. They were extremely dry and burnt. He took one bite and said it felt like he bite into a brick. My burger was burnt all around the edges and completely dried out! I work during their hours of operation and could not physically go to the store to talk to a manager. As a result, I called…EVERY SINGLE DAY since and NO one has answered or returned my calls. You can’t even leave a voicemail. The machine asks you to enter your phone number, then a PIN or press # to leave a voicemail, but then says your entry is invalid. At this point my brother needs more than just his money back.

If I could give no stars I would. Establishment is very dirty. The customer service is awful. No one greets you when you walk in or leave, they don’t talk you through your order, and they are very rude. Additionally, the Staff had their pants sagging, sitting in the counter tops, on their phones, AirPods in, smoking vapes and the list really goes on… I ordered boneless wings and it look like the kitchen gave me cut up chicken tenders. And for my order to be almost $30 I expected more. The overall experience made my skin crawl and I will never be back.

Never tried this place before. So glad I did. Best hamburger I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be eating here again!
