I wanted to try a different barbecue place because I drive pass this all the time and the line is always full. My husband and I went to The drive thru part waited like 10 minutes. Which is fine we ordered our food like lady that took our order was really nice and helpful. Got the food and left. The food was not expensive but I noticed the tray of food was kinda light. We got home and open it. Immediately I was disappointed on how it looked. Like hospital food. Idk my husband said maybe it taste better than what it looks like. Pork DRY (no favor ) the strew taste weird and the beans were sweet or too much ketchup. Overall I probably wouldn’t be coming back to eat here. It’s cheaper than a few places but I rather spend more money for better food quality. Now (Southern Appalachian Smokehouse) is a lot better

There's not One bad choice in this place. Open every Thursday Friday and Saturday. Locals make plans and look forward to the weekend. You can smell it smoking starting on Wednesday. Very affordable. Some of the best ribs you'll ever eat and home cooked Brunswick stew by the serving or by the pint as is the BBQ and BBQ sauce.

Happened to see this place while passing by headed to Walmart. Here with family from out of town. Did a quick u-turn and circled back. So glad we did! The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Excellent experience! Made my dad get himself a hat he'd been eyeing since we stepped foot in the door.

This place was different from Texas BBQ. I highly recommend the stew it's different from chunky style stew but is amazing 👏 🤩. Oh by the way the BBQ sauce is a vinegar style sauce but is good.
I’ve eaten here so many time I couldn’t count over the years and I’m past years always a 5 Star However, some changes have been made I believe but the past 4 time I’ve been the stew is terrible. It tasteless and is really watery. It’s such a shame. The table around us was all saying the same thing.
Ribs are delicious, kinda stingy, but good. The Chicken could use a little more sauce but otherwise phenomenal as is that wonderful BBQ pork ?. The brisket is a nice addition to a great menu.
They need to return Rebecca to the window, she's great. Just finished a pound of ribs, stew, and slaw. May be back tomorrow for supper ?
My family and I eat here regularly, and our order is always correct, and the food is awesome! The employees are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant because they have the best barbecue around.
