DO NOT GO HERE. Everything is always wrong! Food not in a bag, no icecream 1/2 the time. When there is icecream the milkshakes are straight liquid and taste like only milk. Food seems stale and old. Charger too much or for a completely different order. Nothing is EVER the way it’s supposed to be. All the people are rude with an attitude. It takes so long to even get the shitty food/ icecream. To the owner/workers you need to get your restaurant together or just close it. This has been like this since we moved here 8 MONTHS ago.

we only got a few items and the total was FORTY dollars. my boyfriend got food poisoning and has been throwing up nonstop and so sick since we ate there. i recommend picking somewhere else to eat. i warned you.

The meat is paper thin burnt tast like it was cooked yesterday and it's not even what I ordered i threw it in the trash out 8 bucks ill never go back and will never recommend it to a starving person

Can honestly say that this is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Went there at 4 pm. Melinda took our order from the seating area. When our food got to us, it was missing half of it and what food did make it to us was overcooked or wrong. They went to fix it and give us the rest of our food and then came back out with one of the hamburgers still being wrong (probably bc they walked away as soon as the bag left their hand, and we couldn’t tell them what was wrong) and then they told us that they actually didn’t ring up the missing food the first time so we would need to reorder it (it was 3 different items) and then they disappeared again and never came back out to fix it, instead we heard them laughing and yelling inside. I imagine they just wanted us to fix the order by reordering again through the screen, but they didn’t let us know that. We finally got all of our food maybe 30 minutes after we had first ordered which is crazy considering it wasn’t busy and they had a full staff.

They messed up my order and they never get it right the fries are always cold. They take to long to get the food done. I tried to feed the fries to my dog because of how nasty they are and he wouldn’t even eat them and that’s bad he eats about everything

Sent my husband to pick up food at sonic for our family Ordered chili cheese tots / got chili cheese hotdog. Ordered 3 honey bbq popcorn chicken . Was told they know longer had it . But they could give us sauce on side . Got bbq sauce not honey bbq . Ordered 3 large raspberry Tea . Got flavored water . Worse tea ever !!!! Ordered plain tots . Didn’t get them at all . Called that manager. She says come back & we will give you another tot . What about the chili cheese tots . Sorry I’ll have to talk to someone about that since you got a hot dog !! I’m not traveling back 25 minutes for a tot . Nor will I order from there again . It’s absolutely ridiculous.

And milk shake was supposed to have flavor but was only vanilla.. will NOT be back.. ever!!!! Absolutely horrible!! Did not even take one bite!! Threw it all away!! Sat at the drive through for several minutes with a line of cars behind me with no greeting or anything. No cars in front of us for several minutes. Not even crowded either. Several cars got out of line and left. Went next door to Captain D’s. Great service there!

It took 5 minutes for her to open the window to even get the payment. Took another 5 to get the TWO drinks we ordered. Then she had a bit of an attitude when we seemed dissatisfied, and claimed she was taking other orders. If you’re backed up, catch yourself up before taking more orders. Whoever was managing the shift should get their act together.

Absolutely atrocious service. Commonly messes up orders and makes customers in the drive up service wait insane lengths of time when very few other people are there. Food is always pretty good (never as good as other Sonics though). Do not use a mobile order, expect to wait 20+ minutes longer than your eta.
