Polite family owned business. Clean place, quickly served with smiles.
The new owners are amazing and super friendly. 9/10 times, the food is FRESHLY made and hot. Great Dairy Queen!
Friendly service
Food is horrible since new/current owners took over I think almost 2 years ago. The “original” employees before current owner have all left so now it seems like only their “family” is working or it’s a bunch of teenagers not doing things correctly or goofing around. When the former owners were over DQ food and service was great even when the high school employees were working. Basically as long as the current owners are still running it I will not be giving them my business and actually haven’t been back in over 5 months. I gave them chance after chance and was still same issues each time: can’t understand what they are saying most of the time (English is not their first language), order always wrong, skimping on certain food items that are the main thing in the dish/treat, prices are extremely high compared to other DQs around and just not seeming to care for their customers/community. Last straw for me never returning was ordered Oreo Blizzard and a large root beer. Went to grab drink and lady spilled the drink all down my arm that I was soaked. Lady didn’t even apologize or offer anything to make up for her carelessness and having me covered in soda. Pulling out of the drive thru and looked closer at blizzard (almost pure white!!!) there was faint black specs of Oreo on top but75% of it was just ice cream/blizzard (no Oreo, not even super tiny specs of Oreo)
Order ( drive through around 12:00) a 6 pcs chicken strips I was ask what type of sauce , I did say ranch but I ask if gravy and Texas toast came with it I was told yes. Got my order in a very reasonable time and a very courtesy young man. When I got home the ff were cold very cold, the TX toast was burnt and so hard I couldn't even tear it into I have pictures the gravy was VERY COLD no seasoning what so ever AND I WAS CHARGE .69 Cent for gravy now I ordered a extra and I knew I would b chg for it BUT I was chg twice. The strips were cold and again no seasoning, when I say seasoning salt nor pepper. My first trip and it will b my last.Very disappointed., Dairy Queen in hometown always fresh and hot.
The people were nice and food was great. My tenders were nice and Golden, it told me that the grease was clean.

After a late night football game, we stopped in. Our Crispy Chicken Baskets was hot and fresh! The customer service was amazing! Even swapped out my sauces after the kids changed their minds.
