My wife and I went in and ordered the waitress brought us hash browns and our drinks that's all, when I asked her where the rest of our food was she said we only ordered hash browns . I told my wife to get up were leaving she then hollered we were leaving without paying !! I stopped and went to talk to the manager and she couldn't even find our order might be because the waitress didn't even listen to us when my wife ordered patty melt with hash browns I ordered philly cheese steak omelette. Any way the manager told me we could go with out paying for the screwed up mess the waitress had made.

I have an issue with how your restaurant advertises its closing time as 10:00pm but when you try to eat there at 9:30 pm you are told they are closed and they refuse to serve you. If you are going to close at 9:30 advertise that as your closing time. It's funny I have been there at the same time before and I was served. I think it's according to who's working. I will not be supporting your establishment any more. You would think you would need and appreciate your customers who have supported you for many years.

I was afraid when I stepped in that cockroaches would start crawling all over me. Food was nasty. Bathroom was disgusting. Stuff all over the floor. The employees/manager look like they were all strung out on drugs. I would not let my dog eat here. If you’ve already ate here I’d highly recommend getting tested at the local health department.

Not your typical chain cookie cutter Huddle House! Food was hot and good main surprise here was I asked for and to my shock and awe GOT double fries! Most HH give you the same amount and still charge you for double fries when ordered. Here, awe heck naw, I actually got what I wanted asked for and ordered! Waitress was great even though my 80 year old uncle was flirting with her.

Portion versus price, What was ordered was overpriced for the amount of food on the plate. There weren't very many customers when we went there. I would still say the service was good. Another downside is that they took out the jukebox.
