It’s really changed since the grand opening . Not sure if it’s management or lack there of . The food is still good for breakfast but chicken tenders without honey mustard was the several reasons we pulled out . It’s not the helpful place of the beginning . I feel like I bother a few of them . Not all but it is disheartening

It’s okay the help there wasn’t feeling good or something I’m not trying to judge them but it wasn’t the best it was close to driving away from there because of people not listening what you ordered might have just been an off day and I showed up at the wrong time. I will try one more time and I hope they don’t blow it because I like jacks

The food is ok. My problem is with the service. You could tell the girl at the drive thru didn't care about her job AT ALL. when I pulled to the window she rolled her eyes and kept talking and laughing with her friend. The way she handed my change out I couldn't grab it without some falling, still not speaking to me the entire time. and then on top of that I only ordered 2 shakes and an order of fries and the order was wrong. The sizes were mixed up and the shakes weren't even shakes, just icecream in a cup. You could tell she didn't want to work and was terrible at her job.
