Wouldn't give 1 star if didn't have to. Very disappointed!! Got family chicken meal deal with sides also purchased extra sides of macaroni and cheese and an extra dozen biscuits. The side dishes of mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw were not even filled half way so to share with a family of 4 we each got like 2 spoonfuls. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry! And the extra dozen of biscuits is 10!!! We will stick with KFC!

They’ve got great burgers but once in a while you’ll get a hard bun ?. Their shakes are fantastic! And thick! I usually order the espresso one and it’s so good! The drive thru employees are always friendly!

I just ordered and received medium order of French Fries. However, I didn't get a napkin, I didn't get ketchup, I didn't get a receipt . I couldn't get the attention of the attendant, so I had to wait until someone else drove up. This was my first experience at Jack's.

Lately Jack's has not been as expected. The local one is starting to get your order wrong, cashiers arguing with customers about their order. And the guy, guess he's a manager, stands over their shoulder, making people nervous and barking orders. He acted like it was my fault & cashier's that she got it wrong and he told the guy in the back to "just give her a salad!" At this point, I didn't want anything. He need to go sit down and stop making those girls nervous. He has no friendly attitude toward workers or customers.
May 2024. First time at a Jack's. (Usually don't mention first time going to a restaurant). One of the employees was rude to the manager to the point I nicely told the employee while noone was nearby that it's not the way. The attitude changed, at least while we were there. The apple pie milkshake was good. Both sandwiches (blackened chicken and bacon ranch) were pretty good and fresh; in addition, so were the fries. I must mention that the chicken was not dry at all. Jack's has a lot to choose from on the menu. Surprised it wasn't packed with people. In due time, I guess it'll pick up when everyone realizes how fresh and good the food is.

I like Jacks. But you can't tell if they are open or not in the evenings because they don't turn on the outside lights at dark. They knew the lights weren't on because there were 2 employees standing around outside! I wanted Jacks food but ended up at KFBell because I couldn't tell if they were open!!
