I entered & there were so many people waiting for food. I placed my order for 2 sausage biscuits & waited 27 minutes to get them. They were not filling orders inside, but filling orders for the drive through. Eastman, GA Jack's use to be good, fast & friendly, but not anymore. People were complaining about the wait & orders filled incorrectly. We most likely will NOT go back. Our biscuits were dry & crumbled apart. We couldn't even pick them up to eat. We just left. I have photos of our food, if you care to see what they are serving. What a shame to spiral down so quickly.

According to google this location opens at 4:30. Pull in the drive through at 4:40am and a lady comes out from the building to say they aren’t open yet. Either adjust your hours online or do by the posted hours.
