First, I went through the drive through on March 8th to get a number 5 w/o cheese and when I arrived home I was disappointed. I went back there to explain the manager Phil showed no concern, and I asked may I have a piece of chicken for the inconvenience he replied no I'm throwing it away. But I went back on the 9th and the service was REMARKABLE from the cashier and the manager Ms Jessica was very helpful and professional which made my experience much better. The food was fresh and delicious I enjoyed my visit

Well, my first experience at Jacks will for sure be my last. From pathetic customer service to a flippant attitude about menu questions. The poor customer experience made what could been a decent meal leaving zero desire to return. Simple order did not even get correct. A #1 and a #4 with a couple of pies......totally missed the mark!

The store was dirty, they let people wait at the counter while they cut up and made jokes right in front of us behind the counter not taking orders, we waited 15 minutes for our food. Watched several people walk in wait and leave. The people running this store don’t care anything about it or making guests happy! I’m extremely disappointed I like jacks but will not ever return to this location.

Tables were all dirty. There wasn't a clean one anywhere. Food was mediocre. Biscuits were dry and hard. My son spilled his milkshake all over the table because the lid popped off. The manager said he would replace it but when we asked for a chocolate rather than espresso he insisted we had to have espresso. He was rather rude about it. A shake for a shake seems pretty straightforward. Between it being dirty, food disappointing, and customer service unimpressive we won't be back.

Them Chicken Tenders be BUSSIN' tho! AND they got some good ahh fries! They are legit the next best fries to McDonald's fries because come on now, everybody knows that McDonald's got crinack in they fries.. but yeah..I fux with Jack's real talk. If you can't decide where to eat at, AND you not trying to spend no whole lot of money then you might as well just gone head and go to Jack's fam. ?P.S. The only reason I didn't give the Atmosphere no stars was because I ain't been on the inside yet.. yeah..
