Came in with my family. It was not busy at the time. They didn't give me the apple sauce with the kids meal, the extra sauce we paid for, or chicken in the famous bowl I ordered. When I approached the counter, 3 different people looked at me or walked right by me and never even acknowledged me. After I flagged a worker down I was told they didn't have applesauce and then the worker went back to texting on thier phone. No attempt to offer something else. The people working here have zero customer service skills.

Everytime I come in here it takes FOREVER. There can be nobody in here even. Tonight I witnessed a lady ask for her money back. Her whole family ate and then hers still wasn’t done. Every else in here doesn’t have the food either. I don’t either. Y’all need new employees

I got the 5 piece tenders and they were cold and hard. The staff was on their phones and most of the tables were dirty. And the staff ignored the customers and had to wait 15 minutes to order and when we got the food it was old and nasty. The staff was rude and had an attitude. I had to go somewhere else

Most times when we go to KFC in Eastman there is always something wrong with order & the wait time is very long.
Ordered a chicken tender K8 meal, instead of tenders, they shoved fried chicken in my box and called it a day, not a big deal on the surface but it’s so annoying to deal with incorrect orders
