Every other day I go through the drive thru and get the same thing. A route 44 strawberry slush with double strawberries, add clear coconut and lime. And recently it’s started to where they just literally do whatever and give me whatever and expect me to be happy with something I don’t order. Last week they gave it to me not blended and then were rude when I asked if it was just a plain cup of slushie ice. The last two days I’ve gone, I’ve asked for that exact thing and I’m still getting handed the most random things. I ask for lines…I get Lemons. I ask for clear coconut every time and I get blue even though I specify the clear. And when I ask for it to be remade they give me attitude. It’s specifically that African American woman that works the window. She has a super bad attitude and is so rude to her customers and when you tell her the order is wrong she will act like she doesn’t hear you or will ask you if you want it remade but she will ask with attitude to discourage you from actually asking. I’m getting so fed up. Today they gave me a slush with no lime and unblended, again with the blue coconut when I specified clear. I don’t know who owns this franchise but they need to clean it up and clean it out.

Our order was missing an item and we didn’t realize until we left the line, so we pulled back around and showed them our receipt, told them we were missing an item, and the employees were extremely rude about it, asking to see the food bags and giving attitude, snarky remarks by saying “I know I put it in there” - basically accusing us of lying, and they were hesitant to give us the item we were missing even though we had proof. Horrible way to treat your customers.

4/18/25, 720pm..I just got my meal and they totally screwed up. How hard is this, plain with mayo? Plain with mustard? They couldn't get that right. Then when I call, nobody had the IQ to even answer the phone

Earlier today 3-15-25 about 11:00 11:30 am me & my BF went through the drive thru at this location Eastman GA & order 1 4 piece cheese sticks nothing else get to the window & the guy says 12 dollars & some change my BF confirmed the order & price & the guy says yes that is the total. Never have we paid nor never will we pay that for something that on the website says the cost is 5.48. I know prices have increased but I don’t think they have that much for cheese sticks! Needless to he kept the order & we left!! Do better!

Just ordered & picked up 6 milkshakes & every single one of them was disgusting. Everything tasted sour & old. They were also completely melted. Waste of time & money.

Went today to Sonic in Eastman, Ga because seen the advertisement for 50 cent corn dog one to be charged full price. Dirty when you do the bait and switch on your customers. Will not go there ever again! Crooked as hell!

Use to love it, food and service but went yesterday and the food was still great but very unfriendly service who couldn't drop food off n turn around and take off quick enough had to get out of my car and go to door to get my own ketchup, salt and straw. Definitely was not worth the tip I already paid so won't be seeing us for awhile and definitely not a tip. I wouldn't of given the service 1 star if didn't have to!
Bought milkshakes. Almost $27 for 3 large and a medium. Get the shakes in a carry case. Try to take a shake out and the top pops off and my hand goes inside the shake and shake oozes over the side of the cup! Lady says "oh the tops don't stay on." Ummm, if y'all know this, y'all need better cups/lids. And for the love of God, don't fill them over the lid! I won't miss that little bit of milkshake.

It has changed over the years. Cooked food is still good. Beverages have been reduced in size and content. No longer receive slices of lemons, limes or strawberries in beverages. The medium beverage served is what most restaurants serve as small. Service to the car is still pleasant. Delivery is to your parked stall at the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Many stores and businesses in Cochran and Hawkinsville have double doors and extra wide doors to accommodate those in wheel chairs with and without assistants. Several have installed ramps, electric doors and handicap buttons to open and close doors.
