Don’t go to this Sonic. Ordered one Rainbow slushee and waited 20 minutes. Had to leave because we couldn’t wait anymore. Couldn’t get anyone to come to the window to get our money back. Not another soul in the drive thru. 5 workers inside and none making a thing. Horrible service.

Today (Thursday, July 24, 4:30 pm) I experienced an unfortunate exception to the normally friendly and courteous service at Sonic. At the drive-in window i was shorted 1 dollar in change. I brought the error to the attention of the cashier (a short, black young woman--not Abbey) who promptly corrected the error by giving me a dollar. Problem was, she did not apologize or act embarassed, but rather was smug & unsmling, giving me the impression that she was upset from being caught. I love going to Sonic and feel friendship vibes with Rose and Abbey and others. Today was unusual.

I will never go yo this business again. I pulled up to the window to order 2 slushies. As I was trying to place my order, the lady at the window decided to literally scream at me `What do you want? I let her know there was no reason for her to scream at me, and I would just take my business else where. Dairy Queen was sure nice to us.

I had to fix my four star review from a while back. This place has really changed. I put in an online order and it said I they weren't taking online orders. So I went and pushed the little button. They said drive thru only. I immediately pull to drive through. We're not taking any more orders. Like what changed in the 15 seconds it took me to pull around to the box?. It was an hour and a half before closing. They could have fixed my little hamburger I was trying 3 different ways to get. So 1 star straight down the line bc I didn't get any food and if I could give negative stars for service, I definitely would. Won't be back. Y'all shouldn't do stuff like that. Poor management.

Every other day I go through the drive thru and get the same thing. A route 44 strawberry slush with double strawberries, add clear coconut and lime. And recently it’s started to where they just literally do whatever and give me whatever and expect me to be happy with something I don’t order. Last week they gave it to me not blended and then were rude when I asked if it was just a plain cup of slushie ice. The last two days I’ve gone, I’ve asked for that exact thing and I’m still getting handed the most random things. I ask for lines…I get Lemons. I ask for clear coconut every time and I get blue even though I specify the clear. And when I ask for it to be remade they give me attitude. It’s specifically that African American woman that works the window. She has a super bad attitude and is so rude to her customers and when you tell her the order is wrong she will act like she doesn’t hear you or will ask you if you want it remade but she will ask with attitude to discourage you from actually asking. I’m getting so fed up. Today they gave me a slush with no lime and unblended, again with the blue coconut when I specified clear. I don’t know who owns this franchise but they need to clean it up and clean it out.

Our order was missing an item and we didn’t realize until we left the line, so we pulled back around and showed them our receipt, told them we were missing an item, and the employees were extremely rude about it, asking to see the food bags and giving attitude, snarky remarks by saying “I know I put it in there” - basically accusing us of lying, and they were hesitant to give us the item we were missing even though we had proof. Horrible way to treat your customers.

4/18/25, 720pm..I just got my meal and they totally screwed up. How hard is this, plain with mayo? Plain with mustard? They couldn't get that right. Then when I call, nobody had the IQ to even answer the phone

Earlier today 3-15-25 about 11:00 11:30 am me & my BF went through the drive thru at this location Eastman GA & order 1 4 piece cheese sticks nothing else get to the window & the guy says 12 dollars & some change my BF confirmed the order & price & the guy says yes that is the total. Never have we paid nor never will we pay that for something that on the website says the cost is 5.48. I know prices have increased but I don’t think they have that much for cheese sticks! Needless to he kept the order & we left!! Do better!
