My daughter really wanted to try the confetti cookie drink. On Saturday night, we went through the drive thru and ordered a #2 and asked if they had the confetti cookie drink and was told yes so I ordered it to go with the meal. Get to the window and we're told the machine is defrosting. So we chose another drink. We go back by there Sunday afternoon and go thru the drive thru and once again ordered the confetti cookie drink. Get to the window and was told that drink was out. Shouldn't be advertised if not available.

Everytime we go here we never get everything we order and they always mess something up
I ordered a double mash meal. I got home and the two breasts were missing from my order. I called the customer service number. I have still not gotten a resolution. Money is too hard to come by these days not to get what you pay for. KFC DO BETTER
