Before I start my review i would like to say that my experience is from over a year ago..
You may ask why I waited a year to write a review. The truth is I love frozen yogurt and I used to actually like this place The vibe is cozy and food and drinks are nice. Those aren’t the issue. The issue I have is with the owner who belittled me over a year ago when I was sampling the different types of flavors. The owner who got in my face and accused me of stealing sample size yogurt, the Owner who yelled at me with customers present, the owner who watched me on the cameras for no other reason than targeting their customers.

Here’s my story…
I used to come here regularly prior to the experience. I Was allowed to sample and believe it to be the policy of the store to sample new flavors , however on my last visit while I was doing what I’ve always done ,the owner came out to and yell at me with other customers in the store ,accusing me of “stealing” I told her that I was allowed to sample in the past and didn’t know if they changed policy since nothing was posted.
She got less than a foot from my face and gave me a hateful look and told me that I was lying… I was shocked as I never imagined a business owner would talk to her customers like this. She then told me she was going to charge me more the stolen yogurt which I replied that I didn’t steal anything and I was more than willing to pay double if she believed I did, After I payed more than I should’ve for the yogurt I sat down and ate. When I was done I wasn’t full so I went back and got me a refill went to checkout and as I grabbed a spoon she came out again and told me I couldn’t get a spoon until I paid??
Mind you the spoons were right there for customers to grab at the time and my yogurt was already on the weight station so pricing had nothing to do with it ,as I said in the beginning I love frozen yogurt and was used to spending $20 per visit for just myself.
At this point it felt as if she was targeting me by watching me on the cameras . I had done nothing wrong . I paid more because If a misunderstanding had happen I completely understand but after I gave you my business and you again come out with an attitude to tell me I can’t grab a spoon until I paid ? She was watching me on the cameras as if she was ready to catch a thief. She treated me as one .
owner was extremely rude, I’ve been told by customers with similar experiences that she’s a lair and acts as if she is all innocent but the truth is she is not ! She will belittle her customers and take them in the back to threaten them for leaving negative reviews.

Please note this is not a review for the food, atmosphere, or drinks if you want good food and drinks or a chill vibe go for it ! However, if you’re ever dissatisfied with your order or experience and take it up to management be prepared to deal with a owner who doesn’t care for your opinion and doesn’t admit responsibility when they are wrong.

To the owner - don’t jump to conclusions. And treat customers with respect because without them no business would exist.
If you’d like to apologize for the way YOU treated me please do so and don’t put the blame on someone else or claim “you weren’t there at the time” because it was you . I’ll be more than happy to revisit and apologize if there was a misunderstanding on my part. Thank you kindly.

I was just passing through but I’m SO glad I stopped by! The place is so clean and cute, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and my matcha latte with strawberry purée and avocado toast were the PERFECT breakfast ❤️

Idk about the food, didn't order any, but the coffee is great. Idk what I wanted other than brewed and the lady made suggestions that worked out for my husband and I. Great place. Clean environment, and patient staff. I live quite far from here and willing to drive back being it was a good experience.

Very nice place for Eastman to get behind. I just don’t understand why it closes at 6 PM. Constructive criticism, people drink coffee at night to stay up. I’m not staying until midnight but maybe 9 PM maybe two shifts or something I don’t know but it’s a wonderful place and I just like to be able to get a coffee. I know it’s hard to stay up and now adays, though. Good luck

This place is trifling, in attitude and cleanliness. I watched the barista under-poor my drink, which I wouldn’t have minded but she topped it off with WATER. Filled the rest of my drink up with water from the tap to make it look full. Not that big of a deal, kind of gross, but whatever. Until i sat down and saw 2 dead cockroaches. Never coming back. Rude service, overall bad manners and buisness, and the roaches were the cherry on top.

Furthermore, harassing young customers and taking them to the back of the restaurant to berate them on their opinion is absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, unnecessary, and childish. Whoever manages this place needs to grow up. Customer service is not for you baby. The only reason you should seek out a person who left a bad review (a fair one) is to ask how you can make their experience better or remake their drink. Holding someone hostage to get them to delete it is insane behavior, and I hope you get the help you need and the reviews you deserve.
Hope the black mold in the ice bin isn’t getting to your brain. Seek medical attention

I used to go to Middle Georgia, and would often stop here to get a drink and study for a little while. The cashiers were always rude, and the food was mid at best. Once, on a coffee-ordering app, I left a 1 star review (every other time I had been, I gave it 5 stars). The coffee that day was not good, and I had witnessed a cashier speak very unkindly to another patron. Seconds after I left the review a manager or owner came up to my table and asked my friends and I which one was me. I told her I left it, and she told me to follow her. She brought me to the back of the store. She spoke with venom and hostility, threatening that if I did not delete the review, that I would be removed and my friends and I would be banned. I was stunned and scared. She stared at my phone from over my shoulder while I deleted that then went home and cried. We never went back and I transferred to a different school. A business that cannot take constructive criticism, and feels the need to verbally berate or punish consistent customers, should not be a business at all.
